I found Rumi during Covid when you were just starting out. I absolutely love your mascara - THE BEST EVER!

Now I'm using the new under-eye brightener/concealer and it's also very good. It really does hide the dark circles very well!

My only issue it that the cost is becoming a bit much for my budget.

I have purchased the hair root grey coverage and it is excellent - the best product I have ever bought for my grey roots when they emerge.

Every product I have purchased from this brand has proven to be outstanding. I purchase every new product they launch and I’m never disappointed.

I did not have a good experience with the liner or Customer Service and do not recommend. The mascara is good, however I do not recommend the liner or their return policy.

I love this brand. Excellent quality products. The eyeliner glides on easily and has great lasting power. The mascara is the best I've ever used. It doesn't clump and makes a real difference to my lashes in just one coat. The eye brightener is amazing. The products are worth every penny.

I like the mascara especially the choice of colours but I find the brush scratchy and have to be very particular when applying . The same also applies to the eye correct + brush which has a sharp metal edge
Also find delivery takes ages which is frustrating when postage is paid
I appreciate these issues may be just”my problems “ but you did ask !

Great quick service and the products deliver!

The only product I have a problem with is the eyeliner. I've ordered 2 of these and they've both been hard and difficult to apply. Certainly not gliding on and they have smudged under my eyes. I love the lip stick.

I have purchased several items from Rumi and I have found them all to really good

I love these products and the way they are designed for mature skin. I have a sensitivity to many mascaras but this one does not irritate my eyes, looks great and lasts well. My lashes remain flexible and look thick & natural. The eyeliner is easy to apply and is not too harsh looking. The blush sticks are again easy to apply and dont dry my skin out, They give a natural looking colour and a nice glow to my face. The new under eye brightener is a dream. It looks punk when I apply it then absorbs in and looks natural and evens out the colour under my eyes. I also use it on my eyelids. It takes years off me and appears invisible. As a company Rumi are professional and helpful. I have occasionally had a question and received replies quickly & personally. The products are of good quality and arrive well packaged and protected. I have been using Rumi products for several years and totally recommend them.

I love the way the makeup is tailored for older skin. When I first started using it I hadn’t realised how much my skin had changed from my younger years.
