Submitted for offer on my 2016 Rocket 3…
Submitted for offer on my 2016 Rocket 3 Roadster with only 3,800 miles on it. New condition with engine oil and rear end oil frequently changed in that timeline. I was offered only $2,700?! Bad math right there.
A bunch of shysters!
After getting a lowball offer of $4500 (which was way too low) from a similar company I thought I would try RumbleOn. At first I couldn't get their website to accept my VIN. But, that was my fault; I entered one digit wrong. But when I did get everything submitted I didn't see a confirmation that it went through so I sent an email asking them if they received my info. The next day I asked if they were still interested since I hadn't heard back. Then they did respond and asked if I used the right link. I don't know why they didn't respond to the previous email asking if they had received it or not instead of leaving me hanging. Very irresponsible! I resubmitted my info and they sent me back an offer of $3000!! A couple of days ago their competitor offered me $4500. I checked JD Power/NADA (which are combined now) and their retail number is $8180 and the wholesale number is $5830. And they offer $3000!! My bike has 2000 miles and is in showroom condition. I also am including a bunch of extras, which I know doesn't help any but I didn't think it would hurt. I would have been willing to accept $5100-5300 and that would still leave them room for a decent profit. I don't NEED to sell the bike.
Joke of a company
Joke of a company. If you read their reviews they reply to any that mention low ball offers with a note that they offer $200 below the price minus the fees.
My bike is worth almost $14000 - they offered $5500 lol
Will Find an Excuse to Lower Their Initial Offer
I attempted to sell a Polaris Slingshot to Rumbleon about 3 months ago. We arrived at an agreed price. We both signed a bill of sale.
They came back and offered me $1,000 less after executing a contract, due to an "alleged" odometer discrepancy and refused to pay the contracted price. This is the same company (RideNow Power Sports) that sold me the machine to begin with and didn't disclose an odometer problem then.
I called Tax Collector and lienholder and verified no odometer issues with VIN and title shows no issues by either entity.
Seems odd this company wouldn't check a VIN prior to signing bill of sale and then use as excuse to lower offer.
I couldn't even get a call back from a manager.
I posted a negative Google review. A manager from the company replied to it with an email address to contact them. When I sent a message, my email was rejected by the Rumbleon email exchange servers. The return message indicates the group may no longer exist or I don't have permission to send email to the group.
Their terrible business practice was my gain. A dealer not associated with them offered me $6,000 more on trade than the Rumble On bait and switch offer.
At this point I wouldn't even consider selling them salvage, as they don't honor their initial offers and have zero managerial accountability.
Got a low-ball offer for about just…
Got a low-ball offer for about just under 40% of Kelly blue book. Was in a big spot, needed the money. Go through the process, these jokers expect you to mail them a completed title transfer without payment. They claim once they have the title they will send out payment. Reeks of a scam operation. You would expect to hand title over when they come to pickup the bike with a check in hand. Beware people. If it smells like a rat, looks like a rat, it's probably a rat
Offers are Insulting and Way Under Blue Book
Offers extremely low (less than 20%) of blue book prices and spams you with calls and emails.

This company is an absolute scam
This company is an absolute scam! Offered me $500 for a 2008 Honda Shadow with less than 6500 miles in perfect condition. What a joke!
They gave me an offer of 2,000.00 for…
They gave me an offer of 2,000.00 for my bike. I have to say after talking with them and hearing the blah blah story of why they valued mine at that. I would stay far far away from them and just sell it private sale. I have never seen a victory cross country go for that low even totalled out. Nice try though, joke is all I can say for the service they provided.

Rumble on is a bait and switch scam
Rumble on is a bait and switch scam. In two separate cases i sent all the required documents and photos then agreed on a price. Both times they called me days before pickup and lowered their offer. The first time I thought was weird but after the second I knew it was a scam.
What a joke of a company… thieves
What a joke of a company… thieves!
Offered me 20% of book value on a beautiful bike in excellent condition. Thought I could get a quick sale but I’ll sell it online after receiving their hilarious offer. Don’t waste your time. They give themselves a 4.8 star rating after filtering out the negative reviews on their own site… don’t trust them. Seller beware!
What a complete ripoff!!
What a complete ripoff!!! Don’t fall for their under pricing. They are an absolute joke trying to make a fortune off of you. They always offer way below what your bike is worth. NOT A TRUST WORTHY COMPANY!!!! No wonder they are 2 star company.
A lack of integrity w/RumbleOn and partner dealer
My bike's private party sale value by CycleTrader was $4200. I went to RumbleOn, gave my bike a 3-star rating and numerous photos of every angle of the bike, and they offered $2500. I was actually fairly OK with this since I did not want to deal with the hassle of selling it myself. RumbleOn sent me to Ridenow Powersports in Daytona Beach, FL, where they looked at my bike and said "..because it is missing a side panel and there is corrosion" we will give you $1500. Both items they mentioned could have been seen from the photos I submitted, the corrosion was cosmetic and did not impact the integrity of the bike and they could not even elaborate further on what "side panel" they referred to. They told me if I wanted to buy something at their dealership then they'd give me $2500 for my bike. They also said RumbleOn just bought them out (or something to that effect) and that they could not honor RumbleOn's offer since they needed to see the bike first. Main point of contention here: I was honest about the condition of my bike, I included numerous photos that showed its actual condition, RumbleOn's offer was low but I was willing to go with it considering I would not have to deal with selling it myself, yet the process lacked integrity and they failed to honor their offer.
Waste of time
Waste of time. The offer was 2500 should be in the 10k range. They just want to steal a bike if they can. Scammy!
Worst low ball scam ever
Apparently they thought I wanted an offer on a Hot Wheels motorcycle. I don't know how this company is still in business.
They should call themselves extreme low…

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH RUMBLE ON!!
Rumble on is a scam that provides offers that do not even come near what would be considered lowball. Their offer was 75% lower than what JDpower and NADA considers lowball. RumbleOn is a complete scam and predatory company that deserves no honest person’s business!!!! 😡
Avoid at all cost!
Do yourself a favor, avoid these folks. They will give you an offer, but then lower it once you complete all the paperwork. I took it to their recommended dealership who after offering me less than their offer, then couldn't complete the deal, and I'd have to come back another day, after I sat cooling my heals for over 2 hours. Then when I completed the offer online they took another 5 days, to offer me less then their dealership offered, which was about $500.00 less then their original offer. So if you don't like your bike, love being taken advantage of, then this is the company for you!
Scam
This is a scam.
After doing a full condition evaluation they sent me an offer which I accepted. They said it would be 7-21 days til the bike was picked up. Two weeks later they messaged me saying they wished to cancel that deal and make a new one for $1300 less.
After I told them I would not accept this they went no contact.
Not only are their offers lowballs, they won't honor them even if you do accept them.
Don't fall victim to fraud, this is not a legitimate company.
