Due to years of anxiety and teeth grinding I’d been left with jaw problems and damaged teeth that made me feel self conscious. After visiting another dental practice I was recommended to seek a consultation with Dr Bilal Arshad at Ruh Dental in Manchester. I couldn’t have had a better experience - all members of staff I have met have been amazing, and the work Dr Arshad has completed for me is incredible. I’m so happy with the results from both an aesthetic and medical perspective and recommend both the practice and Dr Arshad to anyone wishing to invest in themselves and obtain the smile they’ve always wanted.

From the moment I walked into the dental practice, I felt genuinely cared for. The team (Dr Arshad and Amy Treatment coordinator) took ample time to discuss and advise on the best treatment plan tailored to my needs. During the entire process, they constantly reassured me and addressed all my concerns with patience and understanding. Their commitment to patient comfort and well-being is truly commendable. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking top-notch dental care coupled with a warm and reassuring environment.

10/10!!!! I have been going to dr Pete and hygienist for years !!! I travel over 1 1/2 hours but worth every minute ! No one comes close!!!! Dr Pete is so outstanding with both filings and regular dental work and an absolute expert and perfectionist on composite!! Changed my smile and my families tooo!!!!

Exceptional service from Charlie and the team. I had avoided going to the dentist due to many bad experiences, but Charlie has restored my confidence again. I’m getting filling, oral hygiene, Invisalign, composite bonding, whitening and a tooth implant from Rüh, and I have recommend any treatments from them to my friends who all shared the same feedback. The team are very professional with the highest of standards, and the clinic is modern and clean.

I had composite bonding done with Dr Haroon Latiff at the Fleet Street Branch and I had an amazing experience. He knew that I was a bit nervous and talked me through every step and what to expect to calm my nerves. Dr Haroon also asked me what I pictured my end results to be and really made sure that I got my dream smile. I’m so happy with the end result - I can’t stop looking at my teeth in mirrors or my front phone camera! I genuinely have the perfect smile now and my confidence has increased so much.

I overall had a 10/10 experience with Ruh Dental - right from my consultation stage with Dr Haroon to Elle answering all questions and concerns I had over WhatsApp in the most professional manner and of course - the end result. I couldn’t recommend them more!

I have my composite bonding done with Dr Kunal in Fleet Street, I couldn’t be happier with the results he achieved. I have few missing teeth which the situation wasn’t easy to work on, I wanted to have a natural smile as much as possible, and Dr Kunal make that happen. After the consultation I was very confident and happy to go forward, he explained everything very clearly what he will do and what works best. So happy with the results, and definitely recommend!

Best dentist about.. I’ve never liked going the dentist but now that as all changed! All the staff are very welcoming an make you feel comfortable at all times.. place is immaculate an you don’t even feel like your in a dentist. Great practice, my gums and teeth have never been better, the dentists and hygienist are brilliant and caring for their patients and explain the procedures so you understand what is about to take place. First class.

Would highly recommend Ruh dental (Manchester Clinic). I have had my composite veneers done today by Dr Mansoor and nurse Louma, both were extremely attentive, re assuring and made me feel at ease during the treatment regularly checking I was okay and made sure my teeth were exactly how we planned. All the treatment co-ordinators and reception staff are lovely. I absolutely love my new teeth thank you so much!

Cancelled my application after I paid £300. Not replying to any emails and found them extremely pushy.

The worst decision I ever made. My teeth are ruined. I had a beautiful smile before I had veneers done with Ruh Dental. My teeth were perfectly straight and I loved my smile, I wanted to keep the same shape teeth but just wanted my teeth to be a couple of shades natural white as I had a few veneers that I couldn’t lighten. I was told by Ruh Dental I could have the exact same shape teeth but a few shades whiter, and all very natural looking. The new veneers that I was given weren’t any lighter than my original teeth so I’d gone through hours of drilling for nothing, one of the new veneers was slightly twisted and I was then told that if I wanted them the colour I’d chosen in my consultation that I’d have to have the procedure done all over again. So we did the procedure again, more drilling and after waiting another 3 weeks with temporaries and going through all the pain and healing again only to be told as the teeth are being stuck to my mouth that the shape of the teeth had been changed to square teeth rather than my natural rounded teeth that I’d asked for. I can’t tell you how much upset and trauma this has all caused me this last year. I have a smile that I absolutely hate, that doesn’t look right with square large teeth and it’s made me so self conscious. Ruh dental gave me a refund but my teeth are still an absolute mess I have the front canine teeth that stick out on either side and my teeth were perfectly straight before my treatment with Ruh Dental. The worst part is no other dentist will help correct the damage because Ruh dental did the treatment twice the teeth were filed down quite a lot. I’m absolutely devastated and hate my smile and wish I’d never had my veneers done here, honestly the biggest regret of my life to date. I just wish they had not changed the shape of my teeth without consulting with me first.

I bought a full orthodontic treatment. Paid in full upfront.
They have only 1 professional that could see me, she would be there very 6 weeks! They cancel appointments at least 5 time during the treatment.
Sometimes 3 days before the appointed and for reasons such as a birthday party, believe it or not.
This meant that I probably had the braces 2 months longer than usual, just because they wouldn't have availability.
They removed the braces too soon, some teen are still in the wring position.

Very bad experience.

Had composite veneers done by Dr Sonnie in the London clinic. Very happy with the results and I have received a number of compliments on my teeth. I am fond of the natural look and it has definitively enhanced my teeth as they were. Will recommend!
