Ordered on November 5th. No communication from them. No order either. Received a generic email from them Dec 8th spewing crap about waiting on supplies. Said to complete a form for full refund.
No refund. No response. I've sent 8 emails. Would not recommend this company. Best avoided.

Ordered 28 November to be contacted in 10 December to say they had over sold the item I ordered. I accepted an alternative that they said is in stock and can be delivered by royal mail 48 hour service. It's 20 December and no order has arrived. Do not order from them

Ordered a rugby bag for our Grandson for Xmas on the 10th Nov with a high delivery fee of £14. As it’s still not arrived we have sent multiple emails with no response, customer services is terrible & no contact number to speak to a human being. We ordered in good faith as the college he attends recommended this. My Daughter will be contacting the college to make them aware. Any advice…..DONT ORDER from them.

Where is my order...?
Ordered two kicking tees on 11 Nov and paid for 7 day delivery. Contacted them 10 days later to ask where my order is but still no response by 6 Dec. This is a poor and disappointing experience. Maybe the company needs to spend less time on their social media campaigns and focus on delivering what they promise.

Poor shipping and customer service
Ordered 9th Nov. After chasing I got an email 30th Nov saying there would be a “slight wait” of 2-4 weeks before they are shipped? 2-4 weeks from what date? Does this mean I might not get it until January as shipping takes up to 8 days? Really poor.

Terrible experience from the get go
I ordered 4 pairs of grips socks and a pack of training socks for myself, my nephew and friends for a birthday. For 3 weeks I have been in contact to try and get an answer as to where my order is but I am getting nowhere. I have asked for my order to be cancelled and re-sent next day but I am getting no responses by Rugby Bricks.

Merce ok, ma modalità di spedizione da rivedere
Prodotti di qualità, spedizione tracciabile ma estremamente lenta (più di un mese dal UK) a causa di continui scioperi di Royal mail.
All'arrivo dei prodotti, ho dovuto pagare le tasse di importazione pari a circa il 50% del valore del mio acquisto. Fortunatamente avevo usufruito della promo 2x1, altrimenti avrei speso più di tasse che di merce.
Nulla da dire sul servizio clienti, gentile e disponibile.
Consiglio da cliente: tenere lo stock in un paese UE per limitare le tasse di importazione, decisamente proibitive.
A queste condizioni non consiglierei l'acquisto, modificando le modalità di spedizione assolutamente sì.
