Rude Dog Food Recenzje

Very good food , my dog thoroughly enjoys it even though he’s a picky eater . I’m glad I’ve finally found a food for him that he likes !

Delivery took quite long, from placing my order on a Friday to delivery on Tuesday. I'd say that you need to be quite organised and not run your supply too low before ordering.
My dog absolutely LOVES this food though. Only started her second tub today but she can't wait for her feeding time now. It looks and smells like the real thing as described

My dog loves this food. Gratifying as she is extremely fussy.
Arrived well boxed and frozen.
Easy to order snd kept informed of delivery schedule. Very happy.

Brilliant quality food which my retired police dog absolutely loves. She is recovering from significant spinal surgery and also has a sensitive stomach. This food has been fanatastic in supporting her recovery giving her a perfectly balanced diet and the protein to support healing. Super fast delivery and they support a great charity.

Very fast delivery and very good price for the quality my Rolo licks his bowl every time.

The food is good quality.. my puppy is thriving very well

Hands down the best online company I’ve ever used! By boys love the food and the customer service is amazing!

We ordered this raw food as our ESS has allergies - we’re not sure what to! We’ve tried everything over the years. But Buster took to this food straight away and we saw an immediate improvement. He absolutely loves it! CS were quick to answer a query and the food was delivered super quick and in perfect condition. He’s on his second order now! So happy :)

Quality product, well marketed, competitively priced, friendly customer service, flexible options for purchase.

Amazing as always

I ordered the food and it was with me the next day. Handy tubs, I now know how much to give my dogs as I think I was over feeding!

Marley is much better eats all his food he is a fussy eater not with rude food thank you

very happy with the chicken variety my very fussy poodle loves it
Highly recommended

Good food, clear labelling of whats in the products, speedy shipping and the dogs love it.

I have been using Rude Dog Food for my puppy Pixel (who I want the best for) for a few months now and have been so pleased with the quality of the food and efficiency of the packaging/delivery. Pixel's hair and skin is so smooth, glowing and his poo not smelly which is a reflection of the quality and nutritional benefits of the food.

PLEASE NOTE UPDATE

Unfortunately, the after sale customer service is unacceptable. I received my order already partially thawed and did refuse to refreeze to be able to feed it to my 8 month old Spanish Mastif puppy. I contacted the company and was told it would be absolutely fine. The food contained salmon and chicken so I did not agree and asked for an agreement to get at least a partial refund. Have not yet received a reply. The food has gone to the dump.
I'm sure the food is great but I think you have to live close to the actual depot so you can receive it in good, frozen condition.

Update:
Today I received a call from one of the founders of Rude Dog Food. We had a lovely conversation and I explained why I believe the food was thawed. It is just because the distance between the company and my address and there is no real overnight delivery service. He graciously offered me a full refund and I think this small company is doing great things for healthy and happy pups.

Arrived next day as promised and my dog absolutely lives it

Delivered promptly and lovely, well packed and still frozen .

Tried may brands but my dogs love this and they are fussy eaters. Also i don't have to worry about adding to their raw diet to ensure they have all the nutrients they need as its all included. Very pleased with purchase

I loved the very easy ordering from a great selection, and prompt delivery all refrigerated. my acutely fussy older dog devoured his first sample and pushed his bowl around - ( not seen for so long ). He loved the food it was clear. He is still terribly fussy but we aren't having to add sausages or anything else to tempt him, so we are all much happier with his diet now, and testing out his favourite ingredients.
