Very good food my dogs love it the venison and lamb. It’s well priced, arrived frozen and the delivery is always on time. Well packaged too. It’s all a win win!

After 15 yrs it’s the first dog food to suit all my dogs. Love the choices and great price too and of course most importantly no upset tummies.

Great food - brilliant service

Pleased with the food, our pup loves it and his digestion is great. There was a mistake with the order, which is fine,it happens. It has been really difficult sorting this out. The exchange of emails has been really confusing and without a phone number to talk to someone this is very frustrating.

Great food, great service. My 4 month old puppy loves this food, had to change a few flavours but Becky and the team were so helpful assisting with this.

Food arrived on time very well packed frozen, thank you note touch for choosing their product shows customer care, thoughtful size frozen packs clear labelling of ingredients, easy to use packs and recyclable too. Oh and, our senior border terrier loves it too much! Thank you Rude Dog Food.

My spaniel was bored of her food and trying other products she wasn’t bothered. I gave her rude dog food and my god she wolfed it down.

Unfortunately, I received my order already partially thawed. I contacted the company and was told it would be absolutely fine. I disagree. The company told 'while we do pack the food into insulated containers with lots of dry ice, some defrosting is normal and the food is perfectly safe to pop into your freezer' I disagree. It wasn't packed with any dry ice and it was in a cardboard box! I would pay extra for super fast delivery as I noted it was at the Swansea DPD depot at 6am and delivered to my at 17:25pm. I just don't want to re-freeze unthawed food.
I'm sure the food is great but I probably live too far away. The company included in their email that 'food safety standards allow us up to 48 hours to deliver' I just don't want thawed food! Disappointing

This is the first food in 6 years, since we have our spoiled and fussy Apollo, who eats the food too enthusiastically that the bowl is empty in minutes.
We are going to stay with the company for a long time.
The price is likely acceptable as well.
The good thing is that there is no wasted paper with lots of instructions and company histories.

My dog loves the food and he is a fussy eater.

I have been feeding my dogs raw food for years but was never sure they were getting all the nutrients they needed. This seems to be the ideal solution !

Rude dog food is amazing, my dogs coat is so shining and the vets have commented on what great shape they are in!!

We received a lovely bundle of different flavours from Rude Dog Food. I've never tried raw dog food before but Oscar absolutely loved it! He has a small portion sized in with his kibble.
