Gem of a drum shop with hugely knowledgeable and welcoming staff.

I was served by Roy at Rubix a couple of weeks ago and can't praise this place enough. I went with my 12 year-old son who was made to feel very special (even though he is just starting out on his drumming journey) and Roy spent loads of time with us explaining things really well. We didn't feel rushed or pressured into anything and found the visit thoroughly enjoyable and really useful. I popped back another time to buy a few little accessories and got the same great service. I will definitely be going back. Love the enthusiasm and passion for drums at this place. I think it's my son's new favourite place!

Online presence was easy to find. Website was easy to navigate and everything was well presented. My package arrived very quickly and extremely well packed. I will definitely order again.

Great service from the very knowledgeable and friendly staff at Rubix. Nothing is too much trouble. If you approach drum stores with a sense of trepidation then fear not, this is a relaxed and welcoming place, they will make you feel at home.

All the team at Rubix are brilliant. I pop in to buy some heads, and check on the off chance they had a replacement throw off for my 1960's Beverley Cosmic 21 Snare Drum. After searching their stock of vintage spares they had a replacement in my hand in about 10mins! An actual Beverley throw off. Amazing!

Just called in for a look around and ended up buying some hi-hats. Great selection of spares downstairs for all makes and some nice kits and cymbals upstairs and/but not the usual makes (depending on your preference). Soundproof room available if you want to give something a go.
