I would like to thank everyone at Reliance Tax Group. They kept me up to date on everything with the IRS and State .they set up everything for me .I thank them it takes alot of stress off of me .Knowing that they have it all under control. Once again thank you everyone at RTG

I was very satisfied with the services I received from Reliance Tax Group. They were very thorough in explaining the process of resolving my tax issue on a step by step basis. I was kept informed each step of the way and regularly received timely updates from the staff. Their efforts resulted in an agreement and payment schedule with the IRS that I can live with. I would recommend Reliance Tax Group to anybody who has a tax issue that needs to be resolved with the IRS.

Reliance Tax Group was a wonderful relationship for my peace of mind in dealing with the IRS. I will not mention the amount of money they saved me in the negotiation period, because you might think that I was lying. Believe me, I am 61 years old and disabled, and could not afford to lose my house. They saved me from this not only financial loss, but a physical hardship at the same time.
Jason Holladay, is the “money man” who carefully explained every step needed in my appeal process, and the associated costs.
Elizabeth Tillotson, was my “contact person (can I say Lady?).” Happily, she went out of her way to help me. Especially when it came to filling out the financial aid process for my 18 year old twins. For I needed a letter written to my son’s College that explained that I had not filed a 2018 tax return, so that he could get his scholarship!
Deleen Holladay and Tammy Markley were always very friendly and understanding when I was slow in returning the required paperwork (due to disability).
