Amazing service and communication from RS Watch Repairs when my Tag was recently sent in for a service. I was kept up to date at every stage of the process and was even able to follow the process online. The watch was returned polished and looking like new. Highly recommended.

Great service. Prompt updates, and efficiently dealt with.
However, as a foreigner who took the opportunity to get 2 watches serviced whilst in Manchester, the website allowed me to book an appointment on a public holiday that is not celebrated in my residential country. So I wasted a morning trying to collect the watches when the office was closed.

I took my watch to RSWR as it needed professional repairs.

Continual updates throughout the repair process, with photos of your watch and it's condition on arrival. Repair completion and collection time arranged via email appointment, with watch repair inspection on collection, and a 1 year warranty on the repair.

Impressive from customer care start to finish; had my 10 year old Tag fully serviced. Returned to me looking like a new watch, and this is a watch I wear every day including during housework, exercise, swimming and occasionally diving. Very happy with the price, watch fully tested and work guaranteed for 2 years. Moving out of area soon but will still use RSWR by their delivery kit service.
