Having made an appointment to discuss what was necessary,I left my Rolex Submariner and my Late Fathers Rolex Air King to be serviced. After an initial inspection I was emailed with the price and timeline for the repairs. I then received numerous emails keeping me informed and up to date.
Upon completion they were posted back to me the following day, and to say I was pleased is an understatement. Both watches came back in as new condition, they look amazing!!
Thank you once again RSWR I will definitely be using you again.

The team at RS Watch Repairs did an incredible job bringing my 2007 Rolex day - date President back to "as new" condition with genuine Rolex supplied parts.

A very very professional and efficient service, from the initial call, appointment being made, to dropping off the watch and having the service and process explained to me, communication throughout the repair was great, i did quite a lot of research before choosing RS watch repairs, other "authorised" repair companies claim to be the best however after reading their reviews and comparing those to the reviews to RS watch repairs i can say i made the right choice without a doubt.
Clear, concise, very knowledgeable and above all no fuss, repaired in a timely manner (no pun intended.!), documentation, test reports, warranty and all parts replaced were returned with the watch in a protective box.. I sent my IWC Big Ingenieur for service and repair using the insured postal service, which was very simple and efficient. I was given an estimate based on a visual inspection, followed by a firm quote and an estimate of turn round time after inspection. I was kept informed on progress throughout by emails and couple of telephone calls. Upon completion I was asked to pay via a secure link, and received the watch via the insured postal service. The watch looked like new and has performed faultlessly.
When another of my watches, a Baume and Mercier, needed servicing, I had no hesitation in using RSWR and would recommend them to anyone wishing to have a prestigious/Swiss watch serviced or repaired. They are very knowledgeable, professional and offer exceptional customer care

I described my problem over the phone and was booked in for an appointment that same day, Ricardo was able to offer some fantastic advice and did the repair within a day and the watch was returned to me in fantastic health.

I was given a watch as a gift and wanted it check out see if it was genuine with the intention of selling the watch sadly it was a fact
But RS kindly sent me out a pre paid packaging to send the item off in safe and secure even though the item was counterfeit they kindly posted it back to me all free of charge couldn't of asked for more

A bit of a faff for a new watch battery. Needing to book appointments to pick it up etc. But perhaps this a Covid thing.

I felt £60 a lot for a new battery but I wanted it done properly. I can’t compare prices to elsewhere as I’ve not had the battery changed before.

I might look to try elsewhere next time.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Forget about going through the Omega shop and being without your pride and joy for 12 weeks. RS had my Seamaster repaired, refurbished, fully tested and back on my wrist in under 4 weeks. They also kept me updated every step of the way. Huge thanks to all the team. I’ll definitely be coming back when the next service is due 😊
