Great company and even better shirts! Any time I’ve had a need for customer service they’ve been very helpful and quick. There’s a reason I have so many shirts and keep coming back.

The title says it all. This is a RAPIDLY growing company, and with that, there are growing pains. Issues with slow(er) fulfillment have been ADDRESSED, but if you are new customer, PLEASE be aware that fulfillment times around the holidays will be longer. The company has implemented a chatbot to provide auto responses to customer service emails, which allows the recipient an immediate response, and it’s also easy to escalate to a real person if needed (just say the word!) At times, there are still issues with fulfilling the correct order (sometimes a shirt is put into a bag with a different barcode on it, so you get a different shirt) but it’s hard to know whether someone returned it that way, or if the warehouse made that mistake. Anytime a mistake is made on THEIR end, they issue a refund, provide a free return label, & do not charge a restocking fee. There has been some inconsistency in the stitching / quality of shirts, but again, the company is rapidly growing, so they’ve had to up their capacity. The community is amazing, if you’re looking for fun shirt friends, this is the place to be.

Spark Notes Summary - RSVLTS is growing, fast. They’re rolling with the punches, putting process improvements in place (LEAN manufacturing anyone?) and they are kicking ass. The prints never fail, and they’ve been releasing new ones more than once a week, EVERY week for the past 2 years. If you want cheap, disposable clothes and no friends, go to Walmart.

I’ve been buying Rsvlts for about 3 years now.I looked into them after seeing my favorite Disney Vlogger Paging Mr. Morrow wearing them. I’m a bigger guy so finding shirts that fit and were comfortable is sometimes difficult. Rsvlts has changed that! The shirts they offer fit great and are very comfortable! Definitely a great Brand to check out!

RSVLTs is an amazing shirt company who cares deeply about the customer base. They do all sorts of cool things more than just sell you a shirt. This company even goes as far as recognizing who there loyal customers are and they get rewards or shirts get made in honor of them. No other clothing brand does this! Highly recommend. The shirt is high quality and feels nicer than Tommy Bahama or shirts that are in that category.

I’ve been wearing RSVLTS for years now and the quality of these shirts never disappoints. The material is insanely comfortable, lightweight, and holds up so well even after countless wears and washes. They dry quickly and just make you feel (and look) insanely cool! Every design feels unique and creative, and you can tell so much thought goes into every release.

But what really makes RSVLTS special is the community. It’s more than just shirts. It’s friendships, memories, events, laughs, and people who genuinely love being part of something fun together. I’ve been purchasing from RSVLTS for a few years now. The quality of the products is top notch, the KUNUFLEX material is so comfortable, it honestly has me spoiled and now I don’t want to wear anything else. My customer service interaction has been minimal because usually orders are perfect, but on the off chance I’ve had to reach out in regards to a return or exchange, it’s been handled quickly with no issues. The company is more than just apparel brand. They focus very heavily on community, something I personally haven’t noticed from any other brand. Now I have friends for life because I collect fun shirts! Give them a shot, you really won’t regret it, and it’ll be hard to go back to other apparel brands once you start.

This brand, and the Team who works for them are outstanding! Their customer service is top notch and they even throw events for the community (for shirts!). I started wearing RSVLTs in late 2022, and now they're the only shirts I wear to work.

Have been purchasing their products for several years now. Quality and customer service is always top notch. Any time I have a problem with an order a quick email to customer service usually fixes the problems very quickly. Company morals and values shows in their fan base. Couldn’t ask for a better company to purchase from.

My fiancé and I have been apart of the RSVLTS community for about three years and I can’t speak higher of the people within this community. The RSVLTS shirts are good quality material and are comfortable to wear all day. I especially like having my women’s cut shirt.

I discovered this brand almost 3 years ago, and I wish I hadn’t. Since then, I’ve bought far too many shirts (their “Kunuflex” fabric is my favorite), hoodies and shorts. I used to be a very basic guy, with a dozen or two neutral/earth tone shirts in my closet. Now I have a closet bursting with more color than I could’ve ever imagined. They seem to have licenses for all of my favorite shows/movies/toys growing up, which definitely hits that nostalgia factor hard!

Initially, I was unsure of which size shirt I fit best. Using their sizing guide, I compared it to some polos I owned with a tape measure and still ordered medium and large shirts to compare. I ended up keeping the medium, and then exchanged the other shirt for a different design. Their customer service made it super easy to exchange.

The shirts themselves definitely attract a lot of attention, and you’ll definitely get “nice shirt!” compliments when out in public. They’re a great confidence booster for shy folks like myself.

My over 100 orders with RSVLTS has been nothing short of amazing. Even if there are bumps in the road they will always fix the issue. Also, being a pop culture nerd at heart their items are the best and also comfortable! There isn't a day that goes by where I don't talk about their products!

Been buying the brand for many years. Probably close to 1,000 items (shirts, shorts, hoodies, and polos). These shirts have been some of the best quality (art and material) that I have owned. As other la have noted, small variations in sizes happen across their releases. I have not noticed that these small variations are any different than other brands. Even when there is an error with mislabeled sizes (either on warehouse labels or the labels on the item itself), customer service has always fixed it when possible. If the size sold out, store credit or refund has always been issued. Overall I give them 4 stars and highly recommend the brand.

Like some of the other reviews, shipping is the biggest constructive feedback item I have for the company. The amount of time between ordering and getting notification that my items have shipped can be a few days. I have had some orders take almost two weeks to be flagged as “shipped.” These extreme cases are usually when other things are happening in the world that impact such as strikes, government shutdowns, etc.

Customer support when I order directly from RSVLTS has been excellent. I have been able to swap sizes or swap items for other items without issues using the website. When an order used reward points for a discount, the exchange when shopping or taking store credit has avoided “loosing the points.” The implementation of the AI based customer service has been mostly unhelpful when initially contacting the company via email. In most cases I receive an email from a Customer Service rep within hours after sending the initial email. They have been able to resolve all of my issues so far. I have not had any issues with purchasing from retail outlets, from events (conventions), or from places like Disney parks. The company provides clear guidance that support when purchasing from 3rd party locations/events that support is provided by the 3rd party outlet.

Overall, I recommend the brand! As a larger sized male, the sizing/measurements for their button down shirts have been perfect for me!

I was introduced to the brand through their advertising campaign years ago on Facebook and Instagram. I was hesitant at first as I'm very much a tactile person when it comes to clothing. Months later I had come across their booth at New York Comic Con, was able to feel the fabric and try on a shirt to get my proper sizing. Well that's all that needed to happen to find my new favorite clothing brand.
Over the past few years of purchases; I've had 2 first hand experiences with dealing with the customer service team. For me they were prompt, courteous, and rectified the problem within minutes to get replacement items sent out; which was no fault of their own.
Living on the east coast the delivery window usually takes about a week from the point of order for a smaller delivery of 1 or 2 items(not a hat) as those get boxed. Larger orders can tend to take closer to 10 days; which looking at the volume of orders, pull/pack, handling, and shipping that is involved makes total sense for an order shipping from California to New Jersey. Take note; I work in logistics and understand this whole process.
The RSVLTS HQ Team is phenomenal at every event I've ever encountered them at. Yes they're a brand that does conventions, and yes they are present and interactive with their customers or Insiders.
The community or "insiders" as they're called are dedicated fans of the brand and it shows.

So yes, if you're a first time buyer I understand some hesitance to a brand that's new to you, but hear me now, they make up 90% of my closet in button ups, polos, and hoodies. Not to mention their true other clothing options as well.

My favorite brand. I have around 500 of these shirts and wear them everyday. Their Customer Service team is great, Pete and Meg are always there to help. The shirts are incredible and I get compliments everyday when I wear them. Return policy is great and they are committed to helping in anyway that they can! Love these and recommend to everyone!

I have ordered shirts for a few years now from RSVLTS. They have great designs. It’s a wonderful brand with awesome people working for them. On the rare occasion something goes wrong with shipping or the order I received I emailed in and they fixed it. They even fixed mistakes I made when placing an order. I ordered the wrong size. I emailed and they fixed it within minutes and shipped the order same day. Most of my orders arrive in about a week. Depends on what day I ordered. Look forward to new shirt designs.

I've been collecting these shirts over a span of 4 years. 275 shirts, hoodies, shorts, bags, etc I'm a fan. The shirts I feel like we're made for me. The first one I ever wore, being a larger guy I was apprehensive. When my wife said "wow that looks great on you!" that was it. The brand, the community, and of course the company has become like family to me. They are prompt with responding to any issues, and try their best to accommodate. I've never had a bad experience and with the volume of items I've purchased from them over the years, that speaks volumes. I've had an issue or two with a wrong size or some minor cosmetic issue and they've handled it promptly and promptly and professionally. They have pulled me out of my shell and comfort level and changed me. It's not just a shirt it's an experience and it's been a great one. They take all the feedback, criticism and complaints seriously and really go above and beyond to bring you the best quality product. Consumer for life.

Amazing shirt designs, good customer service, incredible shipping speeds. What more can I say? This company continues to deliver amazing shirts week in and week out. I've been ordering from them for years and never had an issue with incorrect orders. The shirts tend to run a little small, but once you know your real fit, it's an addiction that's hard to break. Highly recommend to anyone looking for fun shirts that represent your fandom (of which there are MANY!)

Very easy return/exchange policy in case something goes wrong, an item is damaged, or it doesn't fit how I’d like it to. The customer service is excellent. They respond fast and always solve any issues I have had without hesitation. The products are of high quality and perfect for my everyday needs. They also always listen to feedback and go out of their way to improve issues after they are discovered to avoid future issues.
