Painful pitch. They try everything to dupe you into buying. The sales pitch is promised to be 75 minutes. It took 136 minutes before they let us leave. Terrible! And now I’m reading their “gift” is a scam. I’ll update the review if the cruise and airfare is free.

They have an affiliation with Limitless SkyTravel out of Las Vegas and owned by a pathological liar ( 4 times we were pro a refund)with matching employees

My wife and I just came from a presentation. The price started at 9995.00 .After the presentation the speaker said the first couple that says they want it we’ll take off 2 thousand. No one said anything and our salesman came in and said let’s go out here to a table and talk about the deal. He then presented us a price of 4995.00 . We still decided not to do it and after reading these reviews I’m glad We didn’t buy it. The staff were friendly though.

SCAM Alert! We went to a presentation by Boardwalk Resort Vacations which is evidently the marketing arm for RSI and were told we would get 4 weeks of luxury accommodations not just for ourselves but family members as well. In addition, we were promised to up to 60% off all travel including discounts on airfare and dining. They also said they could sell our current timeshare for a price that was completely unrealistic. If it's too good to be true then you know what that means. After getting home to research the company we found the website to be a scam site with a warning not to proceed. Terrified we were out thousands of dollars we went back to the Marriott Hotel where the presentation was given and asked for a refund. The salesman was not so friendly when he saw us this time. After demanding a refund with the sales manager Chris we were told the transaction was canceled and we would not be charged. We will see. If not, dispute will be filed with credit card company. Also looking into the Better Business Bureau to file a report.

Buyer beware! We fell for the scam! They are a real business, but what they offer in the presentation is not what you get. We were offered four “ value vacations” and and four “premier vacations“ per year. The value ones would cost $300 for the week and the premier ones around 500 after signing up and going through my on boarding I went to look at the site and check all the deals all the car and hotel prices I could get lower on Priceline, which is ironic because they have the Priceline cost right on their website!? I then tried reaching out to get in touch with them and there is no contact information on their website or any way to get in contact with a human being other than the concierge which is all email I then started searching, trying to find out who I could talk to, and thankfully went through my contract and saw that I had three business days to send a certified mail to cancel it. Thankfully, we got our money back. Definitely not a value stay away.

We attended a seminar today. The 1 one Star ratings are consistent with what we experienced today, AND the 5 Star reviews sound like they are the same sales pitches we heard as well. Read the reviews on other non-RSI websites and you will see consistent negative reviews, even on BBB. I don't know how they can maintain an A+ rating with such poor comments and ratings. DON'T use the complimentary gifts, they will cost more that gift. You have to pay $50 per person enrollment to use a $25 discount at certain restaurants up the 8 times. All of the "Free" cruises, round trips, Hotels and Luxury Accommodations all have "activation fees" from majesticadven.com plus all other kinds of taxes, processing fees, surcharges, port taxes, and gratuity which are not refundable. The 90 minutes spill was promised to be cut in half to 45 minutes by the "senior VP" of the company, we left 2 hours later in time for rush hour traffic. At the end of the presentation, the speaker offers $2,000 in cash to the first person that signs up for the $15,000 package deal? Then when the counselors come to your table, they offer the same $2,000 discount plus an addition $1,000 for military and first responders. Plus, you can pass the bum deal to 4 of your loved ones.

I feel it is a total scam! It all sounded wonderful - but first time I tried to use it - found I could get a much better deal just booking myself outside their website. When I complained - they told me to take it up with my sales rep - who to this day (several weeks later) I have still not been able to get a hold of. Reviewed on BBB - got response on that site saying they would be reaching out immediately - NEVER HAPPENED!! I also see from reading reviews - the "price" is never the same - I guess it depends on which group they are targeting at the time - we paid 7 grand and I am embarrassed to say I fell for the scam!

One hour sales presentation turned into two hours. Prices kept dropping until it seemed we had hit a good spot. Paid for the service and then found out that the "deals" they quoted didn't exist on their actual site. Attempting to book air travel just booted us out to Expedia. Never got the "orientation call" that was supposed to happen the next day. The free gifts? There was a cost to use each and every one of them. Total scam

I am leaving this review based on my recent experience. I attempted to cancel my agreement within the legal 3-business-day cancellation period as stated in the contract. I sent a written cancellation email immediately and followed up multiple times over the next three days. During this time, I also tried calling their customer service phone lines repeatedly, but did not receive any response, call back, or acknowledgment of my cancellation request.

The most concerning part is that the contract clearly states the right to cancel without penalty during this time, yet no one responded to confirm receipt or assist. This caused stress and uncertainty as the deadline approached.

I am requesting that RSI Vacations acknowledge my cancellation notice and process it accordingly. Communication and transparency should be much clearer, especially when a customer is exercising a time-sensitive contractual right.

No two ways about it...SCAM. No free gift. 60-75 min became more than 2 hours. Price dropped dramatically and mysteriously from $16995 to $4294 plus annual fees. We had the same experience as "Customer 123456" so I'll be "Consumer 7891011"The 3rd high pressure sales guy's name is #Christopher Robin. Actually, yelled at us and became angry. "IF YOU DONT LIKE IT, EXIT THE CHAT!" We did. Waste of time and no gift that the said they were emailing out.
Update 11/05/25:
RSI vacations just threatened me on Google for my review. I am so, so glad we didn't fall for this travel scheme. I feel terrible and pray for people to get their refunds. I feel bad for people who have paid thousands of dollars for their services. Some people are actually happy, but I don't see how.

I’ve been a member for eight years now, and I can’t even count how many times I’ve had amazing customer service from these guys — easily nine or more times every single year. Their white-glove concierge team is next-level.

But here’s one that really blew me away.
They’ve got a 110% Price Match Guarantee — and I always thought you had to file a claim for that to work. Nope.

I booked an all-inclusive trip to Cancun for two, with airfare included, for $1,199. Pretty great already, right? Two weeks before Christmas, too.
Then I noticed the price dropped $600 — and guess what? I got a credit automatically.

That’s when I realized: this company isn’t just good, they’re legitimately ethical.

So yeah, I saw the 3.2 rating online and had to laugh. If you’re looking at wholesale travel and you don’t think $699 a couple for a week in Cancun with airfare and 110% price-match protection is a great deal… you don’t need a new travel program — you need a therapist. 😄

My wife and I were invited to attend an online meeting with a salesperson at this company and were promised a free cruise (for each of us) if we participated in the conversation. They at first told us it would be 75 minutes long and after about 30 minutes told us it would be 90 minutes. Okay. The presenter kept talking in circles and all we could gather is that RSI is a large travel software company that according to them, own the software used for virtually all online travel booking, and that they were trying to sell us a "membership" which would give us discounts on travel. It took 40 minutes to get that much information while the presenter basically talked at us. They made us promise to keep our cameras and mics on and for couples to sit together on screen and after 40 minutes I said something quietly and privately to my wife and the presenter said "Jeff if you don't want to be here you don't have to be" and suddenly we were booted out of the zoom meeting. What a fricking scam. Why don't they just tell people what the deal is, e.g. what are the membership dues, do you have to sign a contract that locks you in, etc, up front?
