Really impressed with the quality of this heavy bag. It feels very solid and well made, with strong stitching and durable materials throughout. At 45kg it has a good weight to it — heavy enough to feel realistic when hitting it, but still manageable to move when needed. Once hung, it’s stable and takes punches and kicks well without swinging excessively. It’s been great for getting back into training and works perfectly in a home gym setup. Very happy with it overall and would definitely recommend.
