awful service
Odpowiedź od RPM POWER ®
Hi Shelley, Thanks for your feedback, you emailed on the 15th of November which we responded to by requesting your order number, did you receive this email? our normal customer service agent was on holidays on this day so we did not follow up from this, which we would have hoped we would have. Looking at the images this is a slight malformation in one steel element out of numerous individual pieces. This can occur in steel sometimes, because of heat from a weld or by simply a bang in transport / packing. Obviously this is not ideal and we would like every single piece to be 100% for customers, we carry out full inspections and quality control on all of our manufacturing runs, this is something we rarely see and unfortunately impossible to always prevent. This is a very simple fix, a piece of wood and a hammer or simply by using a power gun in assembly would pull the steel straight. We understand people can be wary around this but it is almost impossible to to damage steel and it is 100% safe a malleable to straighten this. Our customer service team will follow up. Kind Regards RPM Team
