Warning! Absolutely no response from costumer service.
They sold me a damaged belt. Wrote them several times for instructions on what I needed to do to get a new one. There where no response and after a while and several e-mails send from me without any response I had to decide just to return the belt without their instructions. Thereafter they refunded me the price of the belt and the original shipping cost, but not the cost of the return label I had to buy through their webpage. So now I have had all the trouble, I have no belt and I am a shipping cost poorer ☹

Nog steeds geen reactie na 3 mails!
Geweldige schoenen maar na 3 mails te hebben gestuurd heb ik nog steeds geen reactie terug! Ik heb alle nummer geprobeerd te bellen, de telefoonnummers werken allemaal niet! Ik zou graag een maat groter bestellen en zelfs ook nog een extra paar er bij. Maar als ze op deze manier met klanten omgaan (en dat is in dit geval dat ze überhaupt niet met klanten omgaan of support bieden) zal ik nooit meer schoenen bij hen bestellen! Zonde!!!

Absolutely horrendous customer service
Absolutely horrendous customer service. I have sent a number of emails regarding an order and ZERO response. I called the number they give and this DOES NOT WORK. When the parcel turned up the UPS guy wanted £50 tax which I refused to pay as I had paid delivery on the order online. The UPS guy has returned the parcel to Royal Republic PLEASE CUSTOMER SERVICE get in touch and confirm that you will REFUND.

I feel cheated, i did buy 2 boots through their webpage 1 month ago and didn’t recive it, no support , phones on their webpage are unavailable, i want my money back. Unbelievable treat.

Ich habe den Spartacus Sneakers in der Grösse 42 bestellt aber am 27. Dezember die Grösse 42 erhalten! Seither habe ich jeden Tag den Customer Support angerufen….weil ich nicht gewillt bin, den Rückversand zu bezahlen, für etwas was nicht bestellt habe. Aber niemand geht ran. Ich habe auch mehrere E-Mails geschrieben, aber ich erhalte keine Antwort!
Diese Firma ist einfach eine Katastrophe!

Jeg er overrasket over, hvor dårlig jeres returnering fungerer for jeres kunder.
Jeg kommer naturligvis ikke til at returnere via UPS, eftersom I også ved, at man ofte har en del længere transporttid for at nå et UPS kontor i Danmark. Jeg finder en anden løsning, men besværligheden gør, at jeg ikke komme til at købe noget hos jer igen, og heller ikke kommer til at anbefale nogen at gøre det. Det er simpelthen for besværligt.
Jeg har betalt for returneringen via UPS nu, der fandt jeg jeres returneringsadresse. Jeg betaler sådan endnu engang for at gøre det lettere for mig selv. Kundeserviceoptimering af key for jer. Held og lykke.

I regret my purchases from this brand - and it is by far the worst quality - 3 days wore new shoes from your brand - twice on a rainy day for 5-10 minutes - water comes in through the sewings ....No words --- Have other brands that resist amazingly - you totally lost me with this crappy quality ....Not to say that you customer service does not reply for a week now
This will escalate with the EU consumer rights as I want my money back

Alt for følsomme sko.. Fine tasker - og flot design.
Ret fine tasker, dog synes jeg at skoene bliver hurtigt ødelagte, 2 sekunder efter jeg tog skoene på for første gang - og gik over et dørtrin, røg hælen nærmest helt af og jeg måtte selv banke den på igen. Lidt nedern, når skoene er så dyre som de er. Derudover synes jeg dog, at de sidder fint.

Their Doric sneakers are the worst pair…
Their Doric sneakers are the worst pair of shoes I have ever bought for the price. They are unlined and the raw leather tore my feet to pieces. They have scrimped on quality, gutted the shoe and call it “minimal design”. I bought the Elpique sneaker which was great - beautifully crafted and lined and worth every cent. The Doric is a blatant rip off. Avoid this sneaker like the plague.

Warranty on my bag
Sacha from customer support was incredibly helpful and fast dealing with my bag where the strap had snapped.
Everything was taken care of, and I now have a new bag - some of the best customer service I have witnessed, would recommend everyone buying directly from Royal RepubliQ.
