Service client inapproprié et limité
Comme la plupart des autres avis, suite à un défaut de mon sapin à LED (au bout d'un an), Royal Christmas m'a proposé de renvoyer à mes frais le sapin (FR> Danemark) pour la somme de 70€, soit 30% du prix d'achat. Cette proposition ne garantie pas la réparation de mon sapin, ni de la réexpédition à leur frais. Le service client est très insatisfaisant, largement reflété par les autres commentaires. Je sollicite toujours RoyalChristmas pour une reprise en l'état de mon sapin à leurs frais, et réexpédition d'un neuf.

I ordered a Christmas tree at the beginning of November, and it arrived as expected. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the tree, which can happen.

They offer no assistance with returns, which is completely within the law, but it can be challenging when sending it back to the Netherlands – and it is a large tree. I found a solution and followed all their instructions (there are quite a few).

Now, three weeks after they have received it, I still have not seen my money or heard from them. I have contacted them several times – and no response. When I do get hold of someone, they simply tell me to contact the returns department – which does not reply!

Suite à mon commentaire concernant ma déception sur le sapin reçu, Royal Christmas me répond, comme à tous les autres clients insatisfaits, de façon méprisante. Ils ne tiennent absolument pas compte de nos remarques.
Je persiste à dire que le sapin qui coûtait plus de 360€ n'était absolument pas conforme aux photos du site et ne valait pas ce prix.
Cette histoire me coûte 88€ de frais de réexpédition.
Je déconseille cette marque à 200% ; leur service client ne sert qu'à envoyer des réponses toutes faites. Étrangement quand je veux publier mon post, un message me dit que je dois attendre quelques jours pour renvoyer un nouveau commentaire.

Worst experience! They send a defective tree and do not replace it. They cheat and ignore.

Ich habe mir im Dezember 2023 dort einen Baum bestellt. Der große Konkurrent aus UK ist mir da deutlich zu teuer. Ich hatte folgenden Baum. Produktbezeichnung: Washington Deluxe Luvi / PVC
- 360 LED Lichter, Artikelnummer 134210LED-FBU - 6I. Ich bin sehr begeistert. Er stand nun vergangenes Jahr zum zweiten Mal, die Lichter funktionieren alle einwandfrei. Ich überlege mir vielleicht nächstes Jahre noch einen aus 100% PE zu holen, weil die einfach echt aussehen. Obwohl mein jetziger echt hübsch ist und man zweimal hinsehen muss, um zu erkennen, dass er nicht echt ist. Die Verpackung ist super, ich hab den Baum auch da wieder reinbekommen. Der Kundenservice war schnell und freundlich, da ich seinerzeit vom Lieferanten keine Lieferinfos bekam.

Eind december hebben wij bij u een kerstboom aangeschaft. Bij het aftuigen, ongeveer twee weken later, ontdekten wij een scheur in de stam van de top. Wij hebben u direct geïnformeerd en foto's gestuurd van de schade.

Tot onze verbazing werd onze melding niet serieus genomen. In plaats daarvan werd gesuggereerd dat wij zelf verantwoordelijk zouden zijn voor de schade door erop te hebben gestaan of de scheur te hebben vergroot. Dit is niet alleen een ongegronde aanname, maar ook juridisch onjuist. Volgens de wet ligt de bewijslast bij de verkoper om aan te tonen dat de schade door de consument is veroorzaakt.

Daarnaast vinden wij de communicatie vanuit uw bedrijf zeer onvriendelijk en onprofessioneel. Een eenvoudige oplossing, zoals het repareren of vervangen van de boom, had deze situatie kunnen voorkomen. Helaas kregen wij in plaats daarvan ofwel een botte reactie of helemaal geen antwoord.

Wij raden kopers aan om eerst goed de reviews te lezen voordat zij bij u een aankoop doen.

Amazing purchase! The tree is perfectly shaped and looks very realistic. It is easy to set up and looks absolutely gorgeous in our living room.

Ik heb een Royal Christmas Kunstkerstboom Washington 180 cm met LED-verlichting besteld. Vandaag is een boom bezorgd maar dat is niet de Washington maar de Bergen. Die heb ik niet besteld! Als Royal Christmas mij een andere boom wil sturen, dan moeten zij dat aan mij vragen! Dan kan ik ja of nee zeggen! Misschien dachten zij “dat ziet hij toch niet”? Bovendien is de Bergen zo'n €40 goedkoper. Dat noem ik oplichting!!!
Royal Christmas krijgt van mij de Bergen retour en ik wil graag mijn geld terug! En Royal Christmas vertrouw ik niet meer.

Really nice tree, we bought the Oregon Deluxe PVC - 210 cm and when unrapped it just looked really nice. And after we have put lights on it and got ornaments it was really beautifull and delivery was as expected.

So all in all a good experience.

The actual tree is ok for the price. However placed my order on a Sunday, accidentally duplicated my order. Realised within minutes and emailed to cancel one order. Was told could do nothing on a Sunday but would look into it on Monday. Monday I was told too late as it had been dispatched. Refused to send me a pre paid returns label and if I return it at my cost they deduct their cost of postage from the refund. In my opinion it could have been stopped easily. I would never order from this company again as they just want your money. Also no possible to order spare parts
