We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Royal Blue Resort & Residences. The resort is beautifully maintained, elegant, and offers a truly relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, with excellent facilities and beautiful surroundings.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The service throughout our stay was outstanding.

The pools, restaurants, and common areas were all excellent, and the entire resort exceeded our expectations. It is a perfect place for anyone looking for comfort, tranquillity, and high-quality hospitality.

We would highly recommend Royal Blue Resort & Residences and would be delighted to return in the future.

The resort is super clean. They clean their pool daily. The staff are super polite and helpful. The only reason i did not give them 5 stars is because of their breakfast options. There were no fried eggs throughout the 4 nights i spent there. They only had boiled eggs. Plain fried egg is a generic breakfast option for every nationality.

Poor customer services scamming people aswell taking money they never bring it back to you poor quality

I had an amazing stay at Royal Blue. The views are just breathtaking, staff is very nice, room were clean and I had everything I needed. The location is very good too, it’s just 8 min away from airport and 10-15 minutes away from Tivat and Kotor.

The place is fair for the price you pay, but Just so you know they don’t give back the deposit they make you pay upon arriving…it’s just becomes story after story, going back and forth about asking my bank yet I have contacted my back and they say nothing came through. They also do not provide shuttles to Kotor central so be ready to pay for taxis to and from. Unless you are driving avoid this place. Rooms are small, and bathrooms are even worse, they flood as well.

We stayed at this hotel over the summer, and unfortunately, our experience was far below what we had expected. We had specifically booked a room with garden and mountain views, seeking a peaceful atmosphere and a private terrace. However, upon arrival, the hotel informed us that they could not provide the correct room as per our booking, and they made no effort to offer us a suitable solution.

Instead, we were assigned a much smaller room located directly next to the pool and restaurant. This location resulted in constant noise and a complete lack of privacy, as the restaurant had a direct view into our room. We were forced to keep the balcony door closed and the curtains drawn in order to maintain even a small amount of peace.

The size of the room itself was another major issue. It was so small that we could not even fit our suitcases inside the room properly, and as there were no hangers or storage space, we had no place to store or hang our clothes. This was a significant challenge, especially given that we had large suitcases for our planned 18-night stay.

Additionally, the bathroom was extremely cramped. It was impossible for two people to use it at the same time, and to even enter the bathroom properly, you had to step into the shower just to close the door behind you and access the toilet.

On top of this, the room was not properly cleaned when we arrived – the floor was dirty with visible hair and debris. Despite raising these concerns with the hotel, they did not provide us with any assistance or resolution to the issues we faced.

Frustrated by the entire situation, we ultimately decided to check out early, even though the hotel made it clear that we would not receive any compensation for the unused nights. Despite their refusal, we felt we had no other option as the stay did not meet our expectations or match the room description we had originally booked.

Since checking out, we have contacted the hotel six times seeking a resolution and compensation, but we have not received any response. The lack of communication and unwillingness to address the situation has only worsened an already disappointing experience.

Based on our experience and the hotel's complete disregard for customer service, I cannot recommend this place.
