Quick and easy to order the rock salt on line, great parking, staff put the bags in my boot while I went back in to pay for a snow shovel. Very helpful and great to deal with. Thanks

Excellent service all round
Excellent service all round. Ordered snow shovel online for collection in store. Accidentally selected delivery option and was charged delivery fee. Sent a message using the online 'message us' feature and got a written response within 30 seconds and a phone call in under 3 minutes to say that delivery charge had been refunded.
In store staff (Inverurie) were extremely friendly and helpful, even when extremely busy and battling extreme weather, and order was waiting for collection when I arrived - approx 30 mins after ordering online.
Would definitely use again and recommend this company to others

Very responsive
Delivery was not complete when driver arrived. Box was open and part of the delivery was missing. I rejected the delivery from the driver and contacted Rowebb, who then phoned me to apologise and would reissue the order. This was during Xmas and they offered to take the new package home in order to deliver faster. I was not in any urgent need so I declined the offer to expedite, but very impressed!

Both people I spoke to on the phone were friendly and very helpful. It was easy to discuss the product required and the options available and to help, a stock check was done, so I could order the product required.
Order made Monday afternoon for a pallet full of material and it arrived Tuesday morning. Material was required quickly too, so the turn around was fantastic. Hallam Express were the delivery company and the driver both contacted before arriving and was very friendly and helpful on arrival, getting the pallet as close to the required delivery point as possible.
A great experience on the whole!!
