Fantastic service, beautiful sideboard!!! Thank you Lei🤩

I was surprised to get a request for feedback from Trustpilot as I hadn't heard anything about my order from Rouge. However, my order has now arrived and it is beautiful! Lei from Rouge was very helpful and rang to check if it had arrived and if everything was ok. We do live in a very remote place, so things do take a little longer.

Rouge has some lovely items and I am pleased with the beeswax wraps. Worth noting that the larger piece is not big enough for any frsh loaf of bread I've ever bought despite the picture! So just be mindful of that when buying - check what you to wrap up using this material.

Beautiful handcrafted mugs and a lovely blue sushi plate. I'm very pleased with the look of both of the items I ordered. I can highly recommend the quality.
Good Customer Service too. I made a mistake by not ticking the delivery option when I ordered. They correctly guessed that, as I didn't live anywhere near the shop, then I might prefer it to be mailed. So they contacted me the day after the order was placed and we quickly sorted out a delivery. Clearly the staff were thoughtful and this meant my order was not delayed.

I recently purchased a large sideboard from Rouge and was very happy with the sideboard and the service. Lei was incredibly helpful answering my queries and kept me up to date with delivery info. The sideboard was delivered very quickly by two very helpful gentleman. The sideboard itself looks exactly like the photos on the website and we absolutely love it! I was nervous about buying such a large expensive piece of furniture without seeing it in person but the whole experience with Lei has been so fantastic I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Rouge again!

Just a delightful experience. Absolutely gorgeous old wooden chest - even more beautiful in reality than the pictures, I mean how often is that the case?!!! More importantly, just the most kind, caring, honest, diligent, professional and customer-focused owner, who I cannot recommend highly enough!!
