Avi & Yosef are both working together to steal your money don't be impressed by Yosef making sound like a nice honest guy; he's the same lier & steeler...

Big scammers! These people should be locked up immediately. We need to get together and stop them. They should be embarrassed with their actions... they owe me 100K... it's horrific

Firstly I never write bad reviews but this needs to be shared with people. Avi and Yosef sold me bike racks for $15000 Canadian dollars and then said their supplier didn’t have that model. It’s been over a year and they still owe me $10,000 and stopped answering my phone calls, emails and texts. On top of that I purchased $3400 Canadian dollars worth of products and then their supplier KN Trading disappeared for 8 months until I said I was calling the police. Kn trading answered and said sorry they fired someone and now are available to talk. I ended up having to pay $700 more to ship it across the border and not able to sell them anymore as planned due to the gap in time when I bought them. KN trading also gave me the wrong box dimensions and I brought this up to Avi and Yosef and they ignored resulting in me having to pay more than expected to receive my outdated products. Avi refuses to take any ownership of dealing with KN Trading. For clarity Rosy Deals is the middle man and they buy from other warehouses and companies and take a profit in between. This isn’t a bad business situation per say but if you use a company that disappears or acts unfairly you, rosy deals, need to take ownership of your partnerships and not put it on the customer. I called almost daily to get a hold of both Avi and Yosef and most of the time Yosef answered and said I’ll talk with Avi as he said he doesn’t deal with money so is hands off and diverts to Avi. Then I receive no calls or I receive a message saying I’ll get on it or his wife’s PayPal account was shut down so he can’t send money or any other reason but actually finding a solution for me to receive me money. I gave PayPal’s, stripe accounts, wire info and nothing has been sent. I offered to have a zoom call if for some reason the wire info wasn’t being inputted right on their end and they would never meet with me. Avi says he’s in a different country with bad reception multiple times a month , which may be true I don’t know, but because of this they dragged out paying me my money over a year. In short when trying to work with Rosy Deals, and the owners Avi and Yosef I am out over 18K. I read another review today and noticed they did the same thing to me. They said they tried a wire but said my bank couldn’t receive it but wouldn’t show a receipt or transaction of this “attempt”. They said they sent a cheque twice and I asked for a tracking number and they would never give me one. No cheque ever arrived and no tracking number was purchased they said after. I’m not sure who would send $10000 and not pay $10 for a mail tracking number? I’ve dealt with a lot of businesses before and this one is sad. After being recommended rosy deals I was told but that referral that they’ve done this multiple times and I was upset that person would ever recommend them to me after knowing this.

All I want is for Avi and Yosef to make this right and I’ll delete this review. I have a family and this affected us more ways than financially. I care about small businesses or I would have brought it to court like Avi asked me to. Regardless of how Avi and Yosef have treated me I forgive them. Forgiveness doesn’t give someone the right to not own up to their actions but just so the reader knows I carry know bad feelings towards Avi and Yosef. I only hope they do what is right and don’t hurt more people by similar actions.

Don t trust them!! Firstly, they do drop shipping, it s not a serious ws-company.if you check their business address you ll see it s a home. They took my money,cancelled my order due out of stock,and then, didn't t refund(said my bank didn't t accept it, what a joke). After 7 months I use my credit I had from this order and they sent me only 2/3 of the products. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THEM!
