Rosewoodsurveyors Recenzje

It would seem that we don’t recognise home surveyors as a worthy cost its just something you have to do to buy a house, and this may be only one or two times in your life. My wife and I have decided to move as part of our retirement plans, with this in mind I searched the internet for surveyors near the property we hoped to buy. After sending over half a dozen emails for quotes the most competitive of the three returns I received was Rosewood, I complete my diligence looking on the RICs website to confirm James from Rosewood was listed and then followed up with a call. James was very forthcoming and reassured me, I commissioned him to complete a survey on what I hoped was our new home.

Although the online system Rosewood use is a little impersonal, after payment I received various emails from Jade confirming payment and further emails to when they had managed to book the survey in and once complete I received the most comprehensive report of 104 pages detailing everything you could possibly imagine and whilst a negative report on the property this saved tens of thousands of pounds.

Have no fear of booking Rosewood (James and Jade) this is very professional service.

Thank you both we really appreciate your services and hopefully you can help with our next property.

Excellent service, quick turnaround.

From the initial call with Jade this company has been professional and supportive, I would highly recommend, communication has been excellent, the price of survey is very competitive in light of other quotes I had, you get a clear, understandable report that’s followed with a call, thanks I will hold your contact details and recommend with no problems

Very good services and fast providing inspection report

They were very quick to turnaround the survey, was originally a 3 week wait but they had a cancellation so managed to do survey next day and produced report the same evening.

Friendly helpful office staff to help initial arrangements.
Surveyor went out to the property very quickly, was professional at all times during the visit, and produced a very comprehensive level 3 report.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a surveyor.

Simple and quick communication with Jade in the office. The surveyor, James, wrote a very detailed report and was happy to answer all our questions afterwards via phone call too. The survey was booked a few weeks after my initial contact, which was due to a mix of the survey team's and our vendors' availability.

I needed a survey done ASAP rosewood came out really quickly. Amazing service.

Booking in with Jade (quoting, booking in etc) was hassle free. James was great, explained everything and was friendly and approachable before, during and after the survey. . Report was supplied within a day and was clear and easy to understand. Communication throughout was excellent. Would use again in a heartbeat.

Fast response when emailing for a quote, easy to arrange, and they contacted the estate agents directly to get keys.

Report was very indepth, included images and comments.

Spoke to James quite often, and had a phone chat after the survey to go over any issues or concerns of the report.

There also the cheapest of the 3 surveyors I contacted for a Level 3 Survey.

I strongly recommend Rosewoodsurveyors. I recently used their service to conduct a Level 3 Building Survey for a house I am purchasing. James did a thorough inspection of the property, supported by illustrative pictures and measurements. He also arranged a call with me and addressed all the questions/queries I had. During the call, he was generous with his time and expertise advice. The report and his input was helpful in informing my decision.

Great experience with Rosewood Surveyors from the start. Jade was really helpful, well organised and clear with all communication. James did the survey and produced a detailed report and even talked me through the report late in the evening, after work hours. Process was smooth and they produced the report in good time.

Report was well detailed, provided exactly what we were after and very affordable.
Communications were very good and nothing was too difficult to do for us, really pleased with the services provided and recommend them.

Really detailed and survey was provided quickly. The whole team communicated really well when the survey had to be redated (due to the sellers schedule not theirs)

Thank you!

Really efficient service! They were really helpful in explaining everything after the survey was completed. Would definitely reccomend!

Rosewood were more than happy to discuss the results of our survey with us.
They have us feedback within 48 hours and explain everything via a phonecall.
Everyone was friendly and professional.

Excellent customer service and communication

First class survey

We had James from Rosewood carry out a Level 3 survey on a property we were about to exchange contracts on. Thank god we did! The report we received was super in depth and we also had a call to talk us through the issues that had shown up (which was included in the fee we paid) and this was extremely helpful as the survey can be a bit overwhelming! Couldn’t recommend James/Rosewood enough, we would 100% use again.

This was my second time having James survey a property for me and I was just as pleased with the detailed report and follow up phone call i received. James/Jade make everything easy and clear to understand. I would recommend James to everyone!
