Great casino, if you win big then withdrawals do take longer but worth the wait
The choice of games is excellent, I disagree with reviews of not getting bonuses ( or I just got lucky). I'm currently on my 5th working day of waiting for a £5500 payout from £1800 in deposits. I'm only giving 2 stars for now but this will shoot to 5 stars if I receive my money in the time frame ( 7 working days ) given. I'll update at the end of the week. Update....withdrawal failed and money back in account, documentation now needed which has now been sent. Another £2600 won so now awaiting just over £8000 in winnings. I'm guessing I'll update again next week!!!! All winnings received. Upgraded to 5 star

The 2 different agents I had live online chat with seemed nice and I would have given then 5/5 but I actually didn’t get what was advertised and more blames for the fualt than understanding the simple mistake , it said register and they’ll match the deposit 100% and me being new to casinos. I didn’t realise it had to be done in one ago as a previous deposit I made on another casino went from my account but didn’t show in my casino balance so I did £10 and instantly it was in my balance and I deposited the other £10 to make £20 deposit before I even changed page , it said £20 deposit but didn’t give me any bonus and the agents instead of understanding they said because I deposited in x2 separate £10s it didn’t count as depositing £20 as first deposit , ok I have to except it but the. Found same casino advertising the same but with minimum £10 and he said it’s something like a 3rd party site at one point I sent him a screenshot on the actual casinos promotion page so he give me £5 good will gesture , I’m grateful for it but I don’t really gamble expecting to win I play for a bit of fun to kill off some time and basically lost 75% first time deposit bonus
