The price is quite high, and the quality is only average. It is not worth driving a long distance to visit.

I went on the site to purchase one thing, it charges me for Three things, I clearly stated it must be an order mistake and I only need one, the rep keeps saying how Abt a 10% discount on all the items because if they return it it will be 15% added to my order, I keep telling her no please just send the one thing only but she insists on me buying all the items instead, on top of that I don't think I'm going to even get anything at all to start with!!! BANK DISPUTE OTW!!!

AT first I gave 2 stars but now I'm changing it to 5 stars, the company did right by me after all, they refunded a portion of my money and sent the one item that I actually ordered! I'm happy now!

At first I thought it was scam but today I got my order.i waited 6 days on The order by reading The reviews I contacted The customer service by e-mail I got quick response and they gave me The right tracking code. After entering the code I saw where my package was and went to pick it up at a DHL servicepoint.

I placed an order in this website and after reading all the reviews I locked my card and changed it. I also opened a case through paypal. They emailed me to ask me why I opened a case and if I want to cancel my order. I confirmed that I want to cancel it and they sent me another email asking me to close the case and then they will refund me!! Do noooooot close the case otherwise u won’t be able to reopen it. Let the paypal team handle it and also called the bank to investigate about it

This is a scam.
Like all the other reviews on here, I never received the item. I emailed them twice with no response.
I then disputed the charge once I saw all the bad reviews on here.

DO NOT USE did not arrive. Lies about delivery. Unless you can scale a six foot gate they didn't deliver it where they said. They only give tracking on PayPal and no other contact. Because of this yoi cant challenge it or get your money back. There is no information on the shipping company so cant challenge delivery. I have been totally ripped off. Don't expect Amy e mails or contact.

I took myself for being unscammable!!! This horrible site took my money, provided no confirmation email and no product !!! It is now 6 days and I can’t even log in to their customer service email or my account with them because they do not exist!! 😡😡

Clearly the worst! I have been emailing back and forth for over a week now! Paid 30$+ for a product and got something completely different. They are only offering 10% refund! Never I hope this place gets shut down for good!

This company is located in China. If they send you a defective product they won't refund or replace the product. They also want you to return it at your own cost, including import fees. So you'll get nothing for your money.

I will never order from them again I placed an order on 1/30/23 and still haven’t received my package yet I do not recommend it says my package will be here 3-7 business days it’s been longer I will never again

They sell digital downloads, but after you pay for it they ghost you and you don't get anything for your money.

I can't really write a review, SINCE I HAVEN'T GOTTEN THE PRODUCT YET!!!!!!!!!!! And everytime I search it tells me I have the wrong order number, WRONG!! It is correct. Then they tell me I have the wrong email. HELL IT'S MY EMAIL, I know it's right!!!

IT IS A SCAM - DO NOT ORDER. I ordered an item on 21st July and when it didnt arrive I messaged them. They told me it wasnt in stock and did i want to wait or want a refund. I asked for the refund. I also made it clear I wasnt happy that they took my money for something that they didnt have in stock but had no intention of letting me know. The refund never arrived and every message I sent thereafter was ignored. I have had to report to my credit card who will unfortunately have to foot the bill. Absolutely disgusting behaviour considering the financial climate we currently live through.

I received my order quickly and it was effective AF, so I’m happy. Not sure what else is going on here, but as of august 2022 everything seems legit.

Do not buy fron rosetoyofficial.com. I received wrong toy, will not send return shipping label, offered a whole $5 off next purchase knowing I will not be shopping there again. Will not reply to my emails now. I will be going through PayPal from my money back. Stay away!

I was worried because I read these reviews AFTER submitting my order. I even almost reached out to PayPal to dispute but decided to give them a chance. The next day, I received my tracking information and felt better. Anywho, long story short, I placed my order on 6/16/22 and received my purchase on 6/24/22.
