Love this product, been using for a couple of years due to rosacea. I haven’t needed to use foundation when using this and rosacea has cleared up a lot since using. Like others, my last order seemed different; thicker, didn’t spread or cover well. After contacting customer services, they sent a new tube free of charge which is ok and the same as before; seems like it may have been a bad batch, thankfully. Happy to continue using.

What a shame. 6 months ago I would have given this product 5 stars but they must have changed the process because recently I had a really oily tube that was useless and now I have a thick gritty product that won't go into the skin. Very sad, it was a great product. I hope they admit their mistake and bring back the original product

In response to the reply I totally reject the companies assertion that I am a cyberbully. Surely these sites are here for honest reviews otherwise what is the purpose of them.

Bought 2 products from Rosalique: 3 in 1 Anti-Redness Miracle Formula SPF50 & Soothing Night Cream. As the samples were never available and it had ao many reviews, I thought I would give it a go.
The Miracle Formula is not a miracle at all... it comes out like a thick wax and it does not 'melt' into the skin. When applied alone, it leaves me looking 'earthy' and unhealthy. I need to mix with a moisturiser (and it is not easy due to the texture of the product) but then it neither covers nor provides sun protection.
I contacted the customer services, they were very responsive (hence 2 stars) but would not offer a refund, which surprised me. Instead, I was sent a second tube of this product. Perhaps tiny bit softer but still not covering the redness and leaving me looking jaundiced.
In terms of the second product, it is nice enough to use but far to expensive for what it is.
I want to add that I use other 'green' products for my mild reddening / rosacea and I find them great. Unfortunately Rosalique is not of them.

Zoals in de andere reviews al te lezen valt is de creme heel anders van samenstelling geworden waardoor hij heel onprettig in gebruik is. Het contact met de klantenservice verliep echter zeer soepel. Ik kreeg een nette mail met de mogelijkheid tot het terugkrijgen van het aankoopbedrag. 2 dagen later stond het geld op mijn rekening. Mochten ze de creme weer gaan maken zoals vanouds dan ga ik hier zeker weer kopen maar voor nu laat ik het er even bij.
Ik gebruik nu een alternatief van het Kruidvat maar daar ben ik niet 100% tevreden over (maar die kost dan ook stukken minder).

Like so many others I have been very disappointed with this product. After using it for 3 years x loved it, the company changed the formula, x the product no longer works. This is not a cyber attack just the truth. If the company get the issues sorted I would definitely buy again. I see you only reply to positive reviews, perhaps it would be good as a company to reply to reviews like mine, because we really want to buy the original product which was amazing.

What has happened to this product?! I have been buying the rosalique 3in1 anti redness formula for a long time. It has been a life saver for me. So many people commented on my lovely complexion...without make up! I can't explain how much this benefited my confidence. Lovely creamy formula, good coverage, SPF 50 worked perfectly and it was gentle on my skin. In Oct 2024 I went on holiday taking a new tube with me. I decided on using it that I had a faulty batch! Very thick and difficult to squeeze out of the tube. Very poor coverage. I could still see red patches however much I applied. I wasn't even sure it the SPF was doing it's job. So I emailed customer service who are always quick to respond. They offered to send a new tube but I was on holiday so spent the rest of the time using my foundation which felt horrible and didn't look at all natural. When I got home I tried the replacement tube which had arrived but it also didn't work as well. What have they done to the formula and why have they changed it. I had kept some old tubes and having tried those again it's like a totally different product. I'm gutted. I can see on these reviews that other people are feeling the same. I've not seen any comments from the company acknowledging what we are all saying. If they don't go back to the original formula I doubt they will be in business much longer. I really don't understand and am so disappointed my favourite product is effectively no longer available. UPDATE: I've read your reply and can assure you I am not a cyberbully! I am a long term customer. I genuinely received a product which was inferior to the previous product I had received before. I do not know why you cannot identify my correspondence with you. Also I have usually had a good experience with your customer service. In the end I did take a risk with the hope that another order would provide me with the product of the quality I was used to and on this occasion I was not disappointed. I am so very relieved because as I said before
this product is a life saver for me. I think you should take the criticism you may have received early this year seriously as I definitely received an inferior product on 2 occasions but I am now very relieved that the product is back to it's previous high quality.

This does not work at all. I still have a red face AND IT WAS NOT COVERED AT ALL. The sp50 did not protect my face in the mountains so that clearly doesn't work either! I've just read the other reviews to see if it's just me but it appears they say the same. It's also very thick and hard to squeeze out of the tube. Interestingly Rosalique reply to all the good reviews and ignore all the bad honest reviews. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Finally got samples, woohoo! I find this stuff makes me look tanned, very good for covering red but as I have brown patches and red patches on my face, it unfortunately can't help them and accentuates them. The consistency is good, a little goes a long way but possibly a little too coloured as my neck looks a completely different colour so I then need to move the coverage down my neck. I find I'm a bit peely in a few hours (nose, around any blemishes) or by the end of the day so even though I apply serum and moisturiser underneath, it's still not enough. Shame as this has been the best tinted thing I have found, but I just don't think I'm meant to cover my skin.

The formula has been changed and it's really dry and clumpy. It sticks in my creases and makes me look old. I have used this product for years and used to love the way it was so easy to apply.

I used to swear by this product. Have been through 2 full tubes. I recently received my third and just by opening it could tell it was different. The packaging is different, the lettering/display on the tube is different. I thought that was the only thing they changed but sadly no. The product is horrible! It’s like clumpy solid wax that will not blend as before, it clumps and leaves a horrible green cast on the skin that makes you look like your battling hepatitis. Will definitely never order again. Such a shame because the original formula was incredible.

Jaren lang erg tevreden de producten van rosalique gebruikt, tot dat ze sinds deze zomer de samenstelling veranderd hebben. De crème dekt totaal niet meer, smeert niet goed uit, komt slecht uit de tube en is veel te dik. Contact opgenomen met de klantenservice maar die gaven aan verder geen klachten te ontvangen en zich niet te kunnen vinden in de klachten (dus dat het eigenlijk aan mij ligt). Kortom de crème doet dus niet wat het beloofd. Ik bestel hier nooit meer!

I used to LOVE the Rosalique colour correcting cream it was 5 stars! I covered redness and had a great consistency. Unfortunately since a reformulation it is much thicker and doesn't work at all. Customer service was very good and refunded me, but PLEASE revert to the original formula.

nieuw besteld de anti redness formule. Creme is veel te dik en niet smeerbaar. Helaas op zoek naar een alternatief. twee tubes weg kunnen gooien!

ik ben teleurgesteld over de veranderingen in Rosalique crème. De crème dekt niet meer goed, is te dik en korrelig geworden.
Dit is jammer, aangezien ik altijd zeer tevreden was met het product en het ook goed verkocht in mijn schoonheidssalon. Ik hoopt dat de crème weer wordt zoals het vroeger was.

I had been using Rosalique since it first came out back in 2019 because I suffer with rosacea the redness part. Was an amazing product for covering the red and wouldn’t go without it . I ordered a new one 2 weeks ago like I always do when my id one is coming near to the end and oh my god let me tell you awful . As applied just broke like it was dry and then disappeared leaving no coverage . I called Rosalique and the lady I spoke to told me she’s had lots of complaints and that it was a “manufacturing issue “ and kindly sent me a new one . Sadly the new one is the same but this time when I emailed got a really rambling reply completely theown out the manufacturing issue and that the Ingriedients have changed . They gave me a refund and i won’t be buying again . Such a shame as they had an amazing product . If you look below most reviews are the same . I’m going to try arborian cc red correct now .

WHY did they change the formula!?!

I bought this in 2023 and it was the most phenomenal product to correct redness & Rosacia. I would give it 100/5 stars.

The formula changed at some point in 2024 and its terrible now. Its 5x as thick, so thick you can't get it out of the tube easily, makes me look a yellow/orange colour and doesn't blend in to my skin at all.

Do not buy this thinking you're getting the product everyone was raving about from 6-12 months ago. Its night and day different (and 100x worse!!)

The product worked well at first and hid my facial rash really well, however as time went on I developed an allergic reaction to it. Every time I use it, my face gets itchy and red.
I also work in a cleanroom environment and have to wear a hood and face mask and the cream rubs off on to the hood and mask and am back to square one again.
I certainly won't be using it again.

As with other reviews, I bought this hoping it would help the redness on my face I have recently been experiencing and awful itchiness of my skin.
The product is very, very difficult to get out of the tube and trying to rub it into my face is hard work! TBF it does cover up the redness, but I'm not sure I can go every day with trying to rub it in so hard. Plus the green tinge left on my hands afterwards?? Even with really scrubbing with soap to get off, it's still there.
Sounds like they've changed the product ingredients (probably to cut costs) and it's all gone a bit wrong.

I saw all the many 5 star reviews on Instagram and prone to extreme redness, I bought it immediately. Very prompt delivery. However, it was gritty and sandy and whilst my redness was combatted, I turned green and it was impossible to rub in. I never complain but based on the 5 star reviews I wanted to find out how it didn't work for me. Lovely customer services got back to me immediately asking for the batch number and apologising. Within a couple of days I had a new tube and it was PERFECT. Utterly totally wonderful. So IF you've ordered and by chance have a pasty tube write to them as it could be the same batch as mine. And it's worth persisting as the good tube is AMAZING.

I have used this product for years and have always been so pleased with the results. It has always been easy to apply, covers redness and leaves a nice silky finish to the skin. However, I recently purchased 2 tubes (to save on postage) and I can't believe how the product has changed. Just as others have reported, it is thick like clay, gives no coverage over redness, and leaves a green tint on the face. I have also tried to mix it in the palm of my hand with a small amount of moisturiser but still useless. A total waste of money. Very disappointed!
