Hoe dan? mijn gegevens waren nog niet eens verstuurd? Gelijk afgebroken maar kreeg vervolgens in 2 uur tijd nog 3 emails van ze. Ik vraag me af hoe dit kan en of dit mag? Lijkt alsof ze meekijken en je telefoon en nummer zien en jecemail adres al opslaan voor er iets verzonden is. Hier hou ik dus niet van en vind het inbreuk op mijn privacy.

Threw them away
After recommendations to use this product i decided to give it a go. Honestly i don’t know what is worse the fact that balm cleanser smells awful and is so oily that i can’t even remove it from my face or that i see no difference on healing the redness? The Spf doesn’t do anything but just give me a green tan that doesn’t even apply properly i have seen no results either from other calming creams. All went to the bin.

Our Cleansing Balm has a richer texture than a traditional cleanser, and many customers find that double cleansing or removing it with a warm face cloth works best for them. You also mentioned experiencing a "green" tint. This can sometimes happen when too much product is applied, so we generally recommend starting with a small amount and building up gradually if needed.

Just awful
Just awful. I’m so disappointed. Made my face look a combination of green and dirty and you could still see the redness. Waste of money.

Ordered and paid for the test sachets to try before I buy. Ordering easy and delivery timely.
Product applied easily, however it left a dark fake tan appearance on my skin. It actually caused my rosacea to flare up and the burning sensation to get worse
after a few days of use.

I’m sorry to hear you experienced a reaction. While Rosalique is designed with sensitive skin in mind, reactions can occasionally still occur, and we always recommend carrying out a patch test on a small area before full application.

I've used Rosalique for a few years and…
I've used Rosalique for a few years and always loved it! Worked so well to cover redness and felt really good on my skin. The formula has definitely changed as not only have I had 2 tubes burst (fully refunded) but the consistency is much denser, doesn't blend in so well and appears a different colour on the skin. I've tried various techniques but it's just not the product it was sadly and I'll be looking for alternatives.

Awful, consistency & colour has changed
I've been using this for approx 18 months and loved it. I ordered a new tube and its completely different, much thinner, more green and the colour change didn't happen at all, I looked awful. I will not be using this again unless they have a tube that worked like my last tube did.

Disappointed
Despite reading negative reviews I gave in and bought Rosalique. I think I was just desperate to cover my redness.
It's very disappointing . Strange muddy colour that has to be very well blended into skin and once all that is done I notice very little coverage of the redness .A simple colour corrector and a little foundation is way better.

2 tubes have broken/exploded the wrong end when trying to squeeze cream
Loved the cream the first time I bought a tube. It’s helped my skin so much. Since then, two tubes of rosalique have burst the wrong end when squeezing cream out. I have pictures to upload but it’s not giving me the option to.
I’ve moved to Erborian now because two Rosalique tubes bursting is too many! It’s such an faff and mess getting it out the wrong end of the tube. And then when it is, naturally there is no way to seal the end of the tube so blue/green cream goes everywhere when I’m on the move. And if you have used the cream, you know that stainy green after is hard to shift.

Sinds de formule aanpassing is de kleur voor mij te donker geworden en het glimt enorm.
Heb het gemeld en ze erkennen ook dat het veranderd is maar dat iedereen tevreden is.
Ik kan mij niet voorstellen dat iemand met een glimmend gezicht wil rondlopen en met een zichtbare donkerder kleur
Ik heb deze review ook aan hun gestuurd maar ze plaatsen blijkbaar alleen positieve reviews op hun eigen site .

Wat jammer om te horen dat de kleur en finish voor jou niet goed uitpakken – we begrijpen heel goed dat dit juist belangrijke punten zijn bij een product dat je dagelijks gebruikt.
We willen wel graag verduidelijken dat we nooit hebben aangegeven dat “iedereen tevreden is”. Ervaringen kunnen per huid en persoon echt verschillen, en wat voor de één goed werkt, kan voor een ander anders aanvoelen.
Ook vinden we het belangrijk om een eerlijk beeld te geven en plaatsen we zeker niet alleen positieve reviews. Alle feedback, zowel positief als negatief, nemen we serieus.

Have used this cream for several years was amazing covered my redness and cleared my skin nothing else did. Now the formula has changed completely its oily and mine had bits in it too and didn't conceal my redness as before. Such a shame this product was worth the money and I couldn't be without it! I have 3 tubes over last 12 months and all have been the same. I was told different things when I spoke to them one was the batch was dodgy another the formula had been tweaked. Not sure why they have changed a product that worked. Would not recommend or buy again sorry.

I used to like this product
I used to like this product as it really covered red areas. Recently it doesn’t and it looks so muddy although my skin is slightly olive - ok for beach I guess ok fir beach at 50SPF but no longer fur everyday use - what a pity

The “muddy” appearance you mentioned can sometimes occur if a little too much product is applied, so we would usually recommend starting with a very small amount and gradually building coverage only where needed, allowing the product to settle into the skin between layers. We do appreciate that skin tone, application method, and even skin condition can all affect the final appearance on the skin.

Fair skin? Don't bother
It’s too dark and has a green hue on the skin - made me look like I had put on fake tan. I rarely write reviews but if you have fair skin this doesn’t work great. Also doesn’t hide the redness, I’ve had to wear my usual cc cream on top to build coverage and correct the colour. Such a shame as it has helped the redness and healed a dry skin patch, so the formula works but the colour match is poor.

The “green tinge” you mentioned would usually suggest that perhaps a little too much product has been applied. We would generally recommend starting with a very small amount (around the size of a pea) and gently building coverage only where needed, allowing the product to settle into the skin before applying more.
That said, we completely understand that everyone’s skin tone and preferences are different, and we are sorry it did not provide the finish you were hoping for.

Still in shock at how much of an oompah loompa I ended up looking like when I used the SPF anti redness product.
How can something green make you look so orange??
As it's open I cannot return, but it was a massively disappointing product to use, didn't do much for my redness ...it even showed through the orange.

Because of Rosalique’s unique micro-encapsulated technology, it can suit a range of skin tones from fair through to olive complexions. The tiny green micro-capsules break and blend into your natural skin tone during application, allowing the product to adapt beautifully to the skin.
May I suggest starting with the smallest amount possible (approximately the size of a pea) and gradually building the product, allowing it to settle naturally onto the skin before applying more.
For areas where flushing or redness is stronger, we would recommend applying a second thin layer once the first layer has settled, gently building coverage only where needed. This often helps during more intense flare-ups without the product feeling too heavy on the skin.

Rosalique 3 in 1 Anti Redness Miracle…
Rosalique 3 in 1 Anti Redness Miracle Formula, used to live up to the hype. I had used this product for a few years, it was fantastic. Last year, I opened up a new tube, only to find the texture had completely changed, too thick, gritty and turned skin a dirty/orange colour, with no coverage at all. I had been given two other tubes as gifts from relatives, I opened them, hoping for better. Unfortunately, those tubes were just as disappointing.
I contacted Rosalique, I was able to provide proof of purchase for all tubes from ROSALIQUE website.
No refund for any of the defective tubes, just a 'gesture' of one replacement tube, which is the same poor quality as the other tubes. Rosalique should abide by the motto, 'If it's not broke, don't fix it'.
If Rosalique don't change it back to the original formula and provide better customer service, they will continue to lose customers and receive negative reviews.

Not quite as good as before ?
I've used Rosalique 3 in 1 Anti Redness Formula for a few years and have, generally,been happy with it's effectiveness at covering my mild to moderate rosacea.I like the high Spf and using it as a foundation.However,lately I find the covering of the redness not as efficient as before.I'm not sure if this is due to the formula OR the brush.I purchased this brush(my 2nd one) a few months ago and although it looks the same,I find that it is not as soft as before,does not apply/ blend the cream as well (even if I apply a little more pressure which of course is not ideal on already red skin) and there is always lots of residue left when I clean the brush.The 1st brush lasted and functioned well .I also use the night time cream with which I am very happy.
