Roomservices have a terrible booking system. When you have booked, you wont receive a receipt for your booking. Not only that, if you request a receipt of the transaction, they are not able to produce one. I rented an apartment in Estepona for approx 2 weeks in March 2026 for the amount of 1.550€. I have still not received any receipt, even after requesting a receipt on WhatsApp more than 3 times. It has now been more than a month since I stayed there, and still no receipt. Why do I want a receipt? Because my insurance company wants it.

And not to mention that the announced elevator for the apartment didn't work.
- Did anyone do anything with it?
- Did we get a compensation?
No.

This is probably the last time I stay with RoomService :(

I stayed here during a short work trip and the experience was excellent from start to finish. My booking was made very last minute for the next day, and everything was handled quickly and smoothly. The host was responsive and accommodating, and the entire process — including check-in — was simple and efficient.

The apartment is very comfortable and practical for remote work. It’s a two-bedroom layout with each bedroom having its own private bathroom, which provides great privacy and flexibility. There’s plenty of space to set up and work comfortably, and the terrace is a nice bonus for taking a break during the day.

One of the standout features of the building is the rooftop area with a pool and a gym. When you’re traveling for business, having those amenities available makes a big difference — it’s easy to squeeze in a workout or relax by the pool after a long day.

Another major advantage here is the secured underground parking. In Estepona that’s a big plus, as dedicated parking can be difficult to find.

The location is also very convenient, within walking distance to restaurants, cafés, and the beach. Everything you need is nearby, and the building itself feels safe and well maintained.

Another excellent stay here! I booked very last minute for the same day, and the host was incredibly accommodating with a flexible early check-in and super quick communication, which made everything smooth and stress-free.

The apartment itself is amazing. It’s a spacious two-bedroom unit with two private bathrooms, perfect whether you’re traveling with someone or just want extra space. As someone who works remotely, I really appreciated having plenty of room to set up and work comfortably. The terrace is fantastic as well — a great spot to relax or even get a bit of work done.

One of the biggest advantages here, especially in Estepona, is the private secured underground parking. Having your own parking space is incredibly rare and valuable in this area, so that alone is a huge plus.

The location couldn’t be better — walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and everything you need. The area feels very safe and secure, and the easy self check-in makes arrival effortless. The apartment is on the first floor, which is convenient, and everything is well maintained and comfortable.

This was actually another stay for me, and it continues to feel like a home away from home. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Estepona.

DO NOT USE ROOMSERVICES – UNABLE TO ACCESS PROPERTY AND LEFT ABANDONDED AT NIGHT

I strongly advise against using Roomservices for any stay in Marbella, we had a terrible experience.

Prior to arriving at the property, we were messed around by Roomserices. The evening before our arrival, they informed us that we wouldn’t be able to stay at the property we booked because it had suffered severe water damage. The alternative properties they offered us were a significant downgrade to what we had booked. Naturally, this created stress and concern for us. However, later that night they then back tracked and told us that our property was in fact fine, and that they had messed up and confused their properties. Not the best start to our trip but unfortunately, things got a lot worse…

Roomservices provided us with the incorrect access / check in information for our property, leaving us locked out and abandoned at midnight. I attempted to contact the emergency number many times, leaving voice messages and WhatsApp messages but received no response. We were forced to make a last minute reservation at a hotel. When I finally got in touch with someone the following day, they were totally disinterested in our problem and did not provide a solution until late the following day which meant we had to pay for ANOTHER night at a hotel.

When we finally gained access to the property, we faced a number of issues including, multiple power cuts with Roomservices unable to tell us where the fuse box was located in the property, we had to figure this out ourselves.

Roomservices were unable to tell me where the control panel was for the upstairs AC and heating. The property was freezing cold when we arrived.

The property also had a terrible smell coming from one of the drains in the bathroom which shows that the properties are inadequately maintained.

Roomservices have handled the problems we faced appallingly, they have been very disinterested and unwilling to provide adequate refund / compensation to assist with the additional hotel costs we were forced to incur because of their failures.

Do not use Roomservices !

The quality of the apartment lived up to its description on the website. The Team led by Samantha, were amazing. Communicated excellently with us for any query we had. We will be back soon and hope to do business with them in the future.

Reservé un apartamento para Agosto y una vez aceptada la oferta y programado todo , el anfitrión me ha cancelado el viaje informando que hubo un problema técnico con "Airbnb".
Al hablar con "Airbnb", me comenta que el anfitrión es el que me canceló el apartamento, todo porque le quiere subir el precio y no le interesaba tenerlo al precio acorde que lo tenía. Desde luego ,se me quitan las ganas de alquilar con estas incompetencias , para que luego te quedes tú sin vacaciones por culpa de su mala gestión.

Amazing stay and service!

We were arriving late with children to the accommodation, the company helped arrange taxis for us and nothing was too much trouble the staff here as so accommodating and friendly.

The apartment was amazing! Super clean and well equipped for a family staying over a week

Check in and check out was super simple!

From check in to check out the service was 10/10. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We had a great stay over Christmas with all the family together in a very nice property not far from Puerto Banus and the beach. Arrived late at night and it was an easy experience collecting keys from the lock box at the room service office. Will be booking again next time we're in Marbella.

Stayed near Marbella in a stunning property, very clean and with all that we needed for our holiday. Easy to check-in/out and Roomservices team were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Have used them a couple of times now and the experience has been fantastic both times. Really helpful and friendly staff, went out of their way to be accommodating. Great properties in excellent locations, from start to finish everything was made so easy for us. Will definitely be using again and would highly recommend!

We had a brilliant stay in Marbella in a beautiful, clean and well-located apartment. The Roomservices team were extremely helpful and friendly and they were always available on the phone if we needed anything during our stay. Will be booking again with Roomservices next year and would recommend to anybody looking for holiday in Marbella.
