I can’t seem to get any help getting my service. Phone number isn’t right, I’ve been to get a new subscription and my cards keeping getting declined saying it maybe a problem with a VPN that I might have but don’t. I’ve had the service for a year, and it was a very easy solution lat time. Would love keeping the service if I could get accepted.

I love Roomba and I am a reseller and it has become a great success even with the new upgrades and new links that are provided to us and the communication is always on point......

Service has been down about 2weeks and I lost all my reseller credits. What is going on ? and when will it be back up? Ridiculous!!

Their server went out yesterday at about 4:30 pm. Still out today. No way to contact them. Shut down??

Very good, but I think it’s been shut down. Their website is not writing, their url is not working. Go to switch user and you’ll see that you can’t go back. Something is wrong
