Please avoid this website. I purchased a prom gown for my daughter weeks ago with a delivery date of April 23rd. The dress is not even ready. I have contacted several times and advised that request will be made priority. The dress will not be back in time so I had to purchase an alternative dress. I believe this site to be a scam and I would hate for another child's prom be ruined.

Please avoid at all costs. Despite paying for fast shipping the dress did not arrive in the timescale. We contacted Romprom numerous times and eventually, we were assured it would be with us. It was not so we had to purchase an alternative. The dress was not as in the photograph and really was quite cheap quality. The occasion to wear it has now passed but I am reluctant to send it back as I do not trust Romprom to refund as they are even trying to wriggle out of the 30% refund and now are not replying to my emails. I have spent so much time on this rogue company and have had enough. I will be escalating my case through Trading Standards and I really do suggest others do the same as they are clearly ripping off customers and should not be allowed to get away with it. It's no coincidence that other reviews say exactly the same.

Website is a scam!!!! Do not use!!! I ordered 2 dresses for my daughters for prom over a month ago and haven’t received either. I’ve contacted the company numerous times and have been given the runaround saying my dresses would ship within 48 hours etc. That was 2 weeks ago and nothing has shipped. Please learn from my experience and do not order from them! I’m out nearly $300. If I could give them zero stars, I would!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The dress looked cheap. The fit was off and it did not look like the picture. I should have read the return policy prior to buying because they don’t even give you the full refund and they make you pay for shipping... again. My mistake. I definitely will not buy from this site again.

The dresses on the website are beautiful, and upon my order, I had a bit of trouble returning the dress. The dress I had ordered was too large, and I had wanted to return it in order to get a new size and color. Their customer service told me that since it was made to the size I had selected, that I could not return it. This made no sense to me seeing that I had selected one of their preset sizes and not a custom size. I eventually was able to work out a deal of a 20$ refund (although the dress was 116$) with me keeping the dress. I now have no use for it and am feeling a bit bummed. Probably will not be buying from them again.
