Far from perfect but I do love the product and they will ship it to you… eventually. It’s not a scam, it’s a lazy scarcity / drop system.

I have a very long torso, their items fit my torso well so if you’re not tall, or have a short torso, don’t buy from them.

I also fit a large perfectly I weigh 175lbs and have a 34” waist, my torso would be comparable to someone who’s roughly 6’2”.

First off they send some mixed signals, such as, items will be “In Stock” but in the fine print (description) they will let you know the item is a pre-order. If you’re buying it from a third party, you might not even know it’s a pre-order.
Discovering that after the fact is hard to do, and can be frustrating.

In stock inventory ships decently fast. It’s not Amazon, but it’s good enough.
Pre order inventory might take 3-4 months. During that time you will see emails over and over again advertising that they’re “in stock” to sell more pre orders of the item you ordered.

This would all be fine if they had a communication system in place to let you know what was going on, but they’re not smart enough to communicate well. Nor are they smart enough to keep an inventory of their hot items.

The cotton products are really high thread count, and super nice.
The polyester is thin and breezy.
Don’t know about the suede, but I’m curious.

RJ, you could develop a lot of hype by communicating better about pre-orders and scarcity.

Customer Service is RUDE. I notice some things on their web site they have had advertised for the past couple years now seem to always ship late or are " Pre order " its like they dont keep their items in stock. So why wait for the shipping?

I personally have had a negative experience from their RUDE Customer Service in the past. I would never order from them. Go some place else..

Purchased from them a few times with no issue. Placed an order on May 12th and did not know one of the items was a pre order. No biggie. Well then they don’t ship any part of the order until the pre order is available. We are now pretty much all wrapped up with summer with still no order. Reached out several times, most of which we got a message saying one of them items was on pre order but no additional information. Two weeks ago someone FINALLY said it should be shipped in the next day or two and here we are stillllll waiting.

1. I will NEVER order from Romperjack again!
2. They refused to change my shipping address.
3. They do not have a place for a shipping address to be changed without attempting to change it several times.
4. They lack customer service, professionalism and compassion for their errors.
5. I lost out on $90.
6. I have purchased 2 before and NEVER had this horrendous level of service or experience.
7. Apologies without action is a recipe for bankruptcy and failure.
8. They forever lost a patron and I will spread the word. Do NOT shop with Romperjack.

Low key false advertising. Ordered a swim suit, the pictures online did not show their logo anywhere on the suit. When it arrived, their logo was on the suit. I specifically bought it because I prefer clothes that don't have brands on them. I don't enjoy being free walking advertising for your company...

Ordered a romper. It was too small. They only communicate via email. You have to fill out a form. They do not accept returns. They make you pay to return the item and they don’t give you the option to order another item from their store, just a different romper size. I don’t think their sizing works for me and I already got what I needed from a different store. I’m now stuck with an expensive romper I don’t want. I don’t see how a return policy like this can work for an online retailer.

Placed an order almost 10days ago and still no sign of anything apart from them taking my money…

The product quality is good. I had to return a product since the sizing runs on the small side and the customer support team is very slow, and very hard to get a hold off. They said they would reach out to me in a timely manner and have failed to do so.
