After a setback with my delivery Lyn from customer Service at Rome MD made sure that I received my order. I am grateful for her attention. After the initial back and forth where I was made to feel like an undervalued client who was trying to scam free product, Lyn organised a replacement package. My first delivery from Rome MD was damaged. The courier who delivered my package left it on the drive of my house. The drive is steep. As you can’t place packages through the gate they must have thrown it over the gate and the parcel slid down the drive. Needless to say that throwing the package over the gate meant that the glass jars smashed. Lyn organised a replacement and intelligently employed a different courier. Thank you Lyn for your kind assistance - I look forward to starting to use Rome MD products.

I had high hopes for the stamp at Rome MD. The customer service is exceptional. I spoke to Aga and she walked me through how to get it started putting it in the vile. Unfortunately, the stamp part did not work. But again, customer service is exceptional, in particular Aga wants the customer experience to be top notch

My experience with Rome MD and their facial treatment
My experience with Rome MD and its microneedle facial treatment has been very positive. The staff are always helpful and professional. The product itself has really brightened my face and given me a healthy glow. I’m 65 and it’s nice to see my face has perked up from what it was before I started using the Rome MD facial treatment. I finished my first round of treatment and am ready to start the next!

Aga at customer service was amazing. I had issues with the delivery of my package and she was very helpful...never gave up and gave me updates as they came in. I just recieved it so have not tried the product yet but if it is as good as their customer service...I will be very please.

RomeMD is a very good company
RomeMD is a very good company. I order from them and emailed about an inquiry I had about my order and they were very responsive. I thanked them and they follow up with corresponding emails that were very detailed and helpful. When I didn’t answer back they were confirming that I actually received their email. I’m impress with their customer service. I feel a lot of companies can model themselves after RomeMD. Thanks again for al your advice and responses. I highly recommend them for your purchases and customer service needs.

I got my Rome order
I got my Rome order. I was having difficulty with the serum not coming out. I wasn't sure what I needed to do. So I emailed Rome customer service and they called me and then send me an email to ensure I got their message. Great customer service so far! Now I can't wait to try the serum again in 2 weeks.

RomeMD Eye Repair Serum doesn’t work.
Their service was very fine. Their “RomeMd Eye Repair Serum” was not effective in any way. Judge for yourself. See the before/after pictures. My dark circles are worse after using an entire bottle of their serum. I had been using Olay for Eyes and my dark circles had improved. Now my dark circles are very bad again. Judge for yourself. See the before/after pictures.
Adding this info on 12/14/24. I’m sorry TrustPilot doesn’t provide a way to post pictures.
RomeMD has offered to replace the eye serum I used w their new, improved version of the eye serum. They say if I’m not satisfied w that, they will still refund my money for all six bottles. If I am satisfied w the new serum they will also replace the 5 bottles of original serum I still have w 5 bottles of the new serum.
So, I’ll let ya know in a few weeks. Stay tuned.

All I can say is WOW!
All I can say is WOW!. I have used so many products over the years ... many are VERY expensive, but NONE have produced the results of your Lift and Firm cream. If I could dive into the jar and give my entire body the treatment, I would....it is AMAZING. My wrinkles are diminished around my eyes and my skin texture feels like silk! What truly amazes me though is how thoroughly your product is absorbed...it leaves no sticky residue ...nor does it pill or peel off during the day. I will never be without it!
