I wish I had seen these ratings before I bought these terrible boots
from Rolly Chick and they won't let me return and refund them. I've never seen a cheaper, more horrible boot. I will never purchase from them again.

I wish I didn’t have to give any stars. DO NOT order from this place. All items come from China and It Took me four months to get some boots I ordered and they looked absolutely nothing like the picture or the description online. They do not have free returns and it would cost an arm and a leg to return them for a refund, more than the actual refund! They suggested I give them to a friend. They are absolutely horrible and worse quality than fake Halloween costume boots. I would be embarrassed to give them to anyone in fact I’m going to throw them in the trash. I’d post a pic if I could. So even after me expressing my dissatisfaction, they wouldn’t do anything.

Horrible company!!!! I've been arguing back and forth through email for 3 months. All they offer is gift cards and $5 USD refund. The boots I ordered were the wrong color and NOT EVEN FINISHED!!!!! THEY TOLD ME TO KEEP THEM AND GIVE THEM TO A FRIEND. I said why would i give unfinished pair of boots to a friend when I can lift the flap at the bottom and see my foot. I also said why in the world would i accept a gift card? There's no way in hell I would ever purchase another thing from their company. Customer service says "no hassle refunds and returns. My butt!!!

If I could give them negative stars I would! DO NOT order from here! Even if it’s free!! Horrible horrible experience! Took like 2 months to receive order and then it was not even what I ordered!
Now we are emailing back and forth like it’s a game! I spent money on boots and shipping and shipping took too long and didn’t even get what I ordered. Now they are emailing me offering me $5 coupon to order again! And they keep saying sorry you don’t like it.. I keep replying back. I even sent photos. It’s not that I don’t like it... I was sent something I didn’t even order and waiting super long! What do they not understand! I want a refund or what I ordered! This is a scammer website! Don’t be fooled!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!! Very Bad. What everyone else says is true. Total 'Bait and Switch'. Crappy product (boots). Bad! Bad! Bad!

I don’t believe this is even a real company. It’s a fake online scam designed to grab your attention & take your money, sending you a cheap representation of something similar to what you ordered but actually not even close. The smell is terrible, the customer service is even worse. Mostly I feel silly for not doing research before hand, getting duped and contributing to the massive amounts of crap that is being mass produced in China and then thrown away. Ugh, my lesson. No returns available, your not able to speak with someone and any email you get in return makes no sense and isn’t written by a company rep who understands English. Frustrating, disappointing and definitely more skeptical of online shopping. I’m sure it’s for the good - mass produced crappy made stuff is basically hating on our environment. I will not do this again. I hope you don’t either 🙏

Ordered on October got the boots in January not what was pictured at all requested a refund and was offered 5.00. Absolutely not spending any more money on these cheaply made items that are false advertised. This place is horrible! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER!!!

I had the same issue. First it took 3 months to receive, and then the item I received was nothing like I had ordered. When I filed the claim with PayPal I was told I had to return the boots in order to receive a refund, however it will cost me as much as the boots to send it back. Pay Pal was no help, as they said insisted the item had to be returned first. The company gave me their return address but not authorization to send them back. Postage to send back is more than they are worth, Going through PayPal offered absolutely no assurance either. Considering they state that this retailer is verified through them. So I lose either way. The company is a scam and it looks as though they took us all for a ride.After reaching out to them and sending the pictures of the product I ordered and the product I received, this is the response that I got:

I can not believe these people. I ordered my boots in October 2019. I just received them today and they are horrible. My daughters cosplay boots were more authentic. This is false advertising and bait and switch. I bought 2 pairs thinking it was a great deal. Buyers beware!!!! If it is too good to be true IT IS!!!!!! This company should be shut down. It is illegal what they are doing!

DO NOT order from this company. The boots are extremely cheap. They look nothing like the description. They remind me of the cheap slip over the shoe costume boot pieces hat they use for santa at Christmas. They are PLASTIC. CHEAP! I emailed the company over a dozen times for a refund and they would only offer a $5.00 gift card for my next purchase. I'm stuck with a $50 cheap, plastic costume boot.

The boots...nothing what they look like in the picture. I would never buy these, they look like something from the absolute cheapest place you can buy from...like plastic. I've been communicating with them for 3 months....best I can do is get $7 "credit" on their website. The boots were almost $50. No refunds. No returns.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from them but took months to arrive with hardly any communication regarding updates on my order. When I inquired about the status of my order 2 months after it had been placed, I received a vague response with a tracking number that didn't work. When the items finally arrived, they were poor quality. I do NOT recommend Rollychic!

TOTAL SCAM

purchased the 10th of January 3 pairs of boots . A total scam original pictures on FB looked really nice . Boots arrived in a beat up plastic bag . No boxes boots all rolled up together like they where pressed plastic .

Ordered again on the 13th of January a sweater and ankle boots charged card yet items never arrived . status on website show unfilled .

The boot I received is NOT the boot I ordered!! I ordered from a picture of a very nice quality look and description of the boot! Omg!! I received a very cheap quality material as well as cheaply made boot!!!!!!! I notified them, with description of boot I received as well as detailed pictures, for a return and have argued with them for months with them offering me $3.00, a final settlement from them for $15.00! Loosing $26.00 for their false advertisement!!! Their mistake, not mine! Misleading ad!!!!! Scammers!!!!!

DO NOT order from this company. The quality is HORRIBLE and the cowboy boots look nothing like the picture. THE worst product I've EVER ordered! Their customer service is ignoring my demands to return.
I'm looking into other sites to spread the word and report them!!

Bought these boots from Facebook ads from Rolly Chic and they are vinyl/plastic and nothing on them is leather. They look cheap and you can see the glue on the sole. Not Even fake stitching as in picture. Will not give a refund on my money and paypal was no help! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS

I ordered three pairs of boots in October received them in January. They were horrible they were plastic and the stench coming from the package was horrible They were all wrinkled, the toes of the boots were all crushed and the soles of the boots were coming apart from the plastic upper. I contacted them from their website. They will not give me an address to return the items, it says on their website free returns, then they also state that the cost of the return could be deducted from my refund. At this point I don’t believe they ever take your returns or Credit your credit card. It’s a big scam and it should be investigated. I have emailed them they have responded that they would like to give me $10 credit for my trouble, $10 credit. For a company that puts out Shoddy merchandise Then won’t give you an address to return it or return your money.

As all the reviews state, this is a RIP off. The boots took 3 months to arrive. Made in China and are knock offs of the boots shown in photos. Quality...there is none! They don't even look like the photos they use to sell them.
There is really nothing you can do once you purchase. Out of Country leaves you with no legal stand point.
