I have been emailing for 3 weeks about my order! I have had 0 reply. I am now going to try to get the money back from my bank. Do not buy from here! I have received clothes that i liked from them before, but now they just played with my money

Don’t order from here. The clothes look so amazing in the pictures, but they never arrive. Exploring getting assistance for a refund through my credit card company as they don’t respond to messages sent anywhere.

I had to write them 2 emails and threaten to get my bank involved, because my clothes had not even been shipped out. (This was a month after they took my $ and no tracking number) After that I finally received "trash" clothes. Yes, trash! Clothes were beyond cheap, looked like something thrown together from a bargain bin . What a waste of money. I could have made the tee shirts myself. Cheap, cheap, trash!

This company makes items to order in order to reduce waste, so a month or two to receive items is expected. However, The sizes and quality are wildly inconsistent. I ordered the pairs of pants with a very similar for, according to the descriptions and pictures on their website. I also checked with them to make sure I was getting the correct size. Two of them fit around fine, but are about six inches different in length. The other pair was about six inches smaller around everywhere. Comically undersized. Laughable. The "customer service" is all AI garbage that constantly contradicts itself, lies (of ai can lie), and worse. It eventually offered me a partial refund for the pair that was comically undersized, which I have yet to see after weeks of waiting. I'm about to get PayPal involved. Do not trust this company. I can count the number of reviews I've ever written on one hand. Most good. This company is garbage.

They never sent anything I ordered. I read online that this brand actually steals photos from other websites. Do not trust this brand at all.
I emailed them several times and received no response. I even DM'd them on social media and heard nothing back.
This brand is a scam. Do not even bother with them.

Cute pants, for Tiny people only. If you’re of normal M/L/XL sizing do not order. A XL is really a M. I’ve also received zero comm about a refund despite receiving the items, not fitting, then requesting the day I received them… shocking customer service.

vor 3 Wochen bestellt. Bestätigung bekommen, dass die Bestellung eingeganen ist und das bezahlt wurde. Ab da dann nichts mehr. Wahrscheinlich kommt da niemals irgendwas an. Die weite Hose im Camouflagehose mit denen das Unternehmen wirbt ist eigentlich vom Label "Blindnoplan". Egal wie es ausgeht, ich bestelle dort mit Sicherheit nicht mehr :( Schade.

After giving them a one star review, they immediately refunded me. I would still think twice about buying from them.

I ordered 6 pairs of pants from them on Feb. 11th then heard nothing. When it had been over 2 weeks I reached out asking when I would receive them. They then informed me that every single item I ordered was out of stock. There was no indication of this when I placed my order and they had no intention of notifying me about the delay. The items finally shipped Mar. 20th. Some of them are good quality but others were disappointing, seeming like Shein quality, yet every pair was $55 or $59. They claim sustainability as their reason for taking so long to ship yet all the products are coming from factories in China. I reached out again to return one pair and they informed me that I have to pay the shipping cost in order to get a refund. I’ve never had a company make the customer pay for a return so I was unpleasantly surprised.
I think you’d be better off just buying from Shein.

I’ve ordered from this brand two or three times now. Sometimes the shipping is surprisingly fast, other times I’ve had to wait quite a while because certain items were out of stock.

The quality isn’t like Shein-level fast fashion. The fabric and finishing feel noticeably better, with more attention to details. That said, longer waiting times do affect the overall experience.

Still, the prices are reasonable, and the hang tags are really cute — that part genuinely made me smile. Not expensive, but it delivers a lot of emotional value.

This business purports to be US based and provides details that imply items are shipping from their business there. Two weeks after ordering when their shipping to Canada shows items will be here in 7-10days and were showing as shipped on the order -they have provided me with a shipping number from China for two out of the three items purchased. I would not recommend purchasing.
Edited to add two of the three items arrived and they don’t look like the items purchased. Still don’t recommend.

I did receive my item, but, the entire site is almost definitely dropshipped garbage. The item I did get was incredibly low quality and not at all worth what I paid for it. At least on shien it'd only be £5 rather than £45. Would not recommend - if you're spending this much, go somewhere reputable.
