Do Not Buy ROKR. Order place, no product sent. Thieves!
I placed my order for two puzzles in November 2024. The day I placed my order the money came off of my credit card. I received no confirmation of my order for 3 days. After 30 days they sent me a useless tracking number that says the label has been created but the shipper (UPS) has not received the package yet. What a load of baloney! As of today it has been almost 60 days. The tracking still reports that the package has not been received. I am resigned to the fact that this company is bogus and has stolen my money. Very disappointed. Reporting them to BBB and every other agency I can find.

I would rate them a 0 if possible. The worst customer service ever. I purchased a product brand new and they will not assist with a missing piece that never came in the box. I have made plenty of these but never this brand. Rolife is far superior to this company they sent me a missing piece right away. I am so upset the set is garbage now. $60 down the drain.

I purchased two manta ray metal 3d models on November 11th it is now January 3rd and still never received my order. Every rime i contact their customer service they have an excuse about my order status. I asked for a refund and they said they would only return $10 out of a $899 order. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card with capital one to get my money back. This site is a scam, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

I placed an order for Christmas! Took my money, but never received the merchandise. So I am out a gift as well as money right now. I made a few attempts to contact the company, via email because that is the only option. Would not recommend this company!

Au top au début j'avais peur de commander sur ce site (devise en $) mais au final après un ou deux messages ils m'ont rassure et j'ai pu passer commande ! Les délais de livraison sont correct et les prix également. Pour ceux qui connaissent ROKR, les produits Rokrgeek sont similaires voire un peut plus mécanisés.
Je recommanderais sur ce site car beaucoup de leurs modèles ne sont pas disponibles sur Amazon.

I’d leave zero stars if possible.
At this point I just want my money back.
I spent the better part of $150 and have nothing to show for it. No tracking number of value, and certainly no gift to mail to the grand children.
They GUARANTEED shipping FROM the USA and 3-days. It’s all a joke.
A way to get people to buy their products and who knows if they will ship them.
It’s 2 weeks on Sunday. Still nothing.
On Monday I will contact my bank.
ShopPay is useless and now claims no connection to RokrGreek!

Don’t buy from them!

After 11 days from my order, it finally shipped. The website claims that it would ship within 1-2 business days and then arrive in 5-10 because I’m in the US, it should have come from California. Instead, it’s still waiting to depart China. Have requested a full refund based on misleading information and belief that item won’t actually arrive. *UPDATE Rokrgeek responded that they had to fulfill out of their China warehouse because the item wasn't in stock in CA. However there is no mention of the China warehouse on the website. Item was ordered on 12/3/24 and did not arrive to me until 12/28/24. Instructions all in Chinese. So basically this is just another Chinese company misleading customers. Never again.

I bought a model for my son’s Christmas present a little hesitantly, since I had only just heard of the company for the first time recently. Their model suited my son’s interests too perfectly to pass up though, so I pulled the trigger. I was amazed when it arrived at our house within 48 hours of ordering! It looks great, and I know my son will LOVE it. Thank you, ROKR! I’m sure I’ll be returning:)

My rating applies for the “after purchase” customer support.
I have purchased over 20 ROKR puzzles for building. Typically I go for the most complicated builds which has required me to turn to their customer support (ROKRgeek) many times and for many reasons. 99.9 % of the time, their response has been absolutely outstanding. They have bent over backwards attempting to help me, whether to replace broken parts, obtain extra ammunition for their gun models or advice to “fine tune” my construction steps.

In all cases, except for 1 instance, we have been able to resolve the issue and satisfy my requirements.
The 1 situation that we were not able to resolve, they quickly and efficiently gave me a 100% refund for the model that was causing the problem.
GREAT JOB, folks. Keep up the excellent work.

Purchased online in December. Instructions provided are not in English. Tried to get in contact with customer service over several months. Their final reply suggested that I use google image translate with their 22 page instruction book. I requested PDF of original instructions as it would be easier to digitally translate - this has been ignored. Waste of time. Waste of money. I do however recommend purchasing their products at local stores where I’ve found them to have English instructions. But due to this experience, I will never purchase from Rokrgeek/Rokr/Robotime ever again. I purchased this as a gift for child and am embarrassed by this disappointment .

The worst customer service. You can’t even reply to my email to tell me to drop dead? Wow. All I wanted as an obviously English speaking customer were instructions in English. Once they had my money they couldn’t be bothered with me. Beware!!! SCAMMERS!!!!

My wife ordered me the ROKR Tommy Gun model for Christmas. The precision of the parts was great, and everything fit together perfectly. The final model is exactly as it appears in the product description. So why did I give it 1 star?

The rubber band firing mechanism simply does not work. I checked all the appropriate action during construction, but the final product just doesn't work. My suspicion centers on the action spring and the trigger mechanism. The spring is not strong enough to operate the action and reset the trigger with each rubber band launch. There is also too much play in the slide making the trigger reset too weak. The wooden cartridges do not eject from the drum properly, again because of a weak spring and slide mechanism.

Putting it together was fun, and took about 8 hours. But do not expect a functioning rubber band gun at the end of the process. At best, you'll have a model to put on the shelf.

I ordered 2 puzzles (Mechanical Orrery & Sky City Musical Mechanism) for Christmas. I placed the order on December 12th, thinking (according to the website) they would be shipped from California. Turns out they were shipped from Yanwen, China and took 17 days to arrive.
The first puzzle's (Orrery) box was damaged and just taped shut. The second puzzle (City) wasn't sent at all and I received some other very different puzzle that arrived in a crushed box.
I have contacted their customer service to see about returns or at least replacements... but the fact that this information wasn't directly on their website and I had to email them for a return address, does not leave me feeling confident.
Caveat Emptor, I suppose but I am still disappointed.

Bought the violin the 11 november.
Wrote them yesterday because I had not recieved any confirmation letter.

Received the missing piece in the mail today! I was able to finish the model to completion! Super thrilled! I think I'm more happy about getting the missing piece than another kit.
Updated:The company reached out and was super nice about it and sent a whole new replacement~
I normally don't write reviews but there was no other way of contacting the company. I love diy kits and rokrgeek is usually meticulous with their packaging. However, I am mid-build on this item and I'm missing a piece that basically stops the whole process. I'm not surprised as there were some pieces that slipped off the moment I lifted the wooden card. I checked everywhere and I can't find it and its a fairly large sized piece. I wish there was a way of contacting the company in regards to getting the missing piece rather than having to reorder the whole item.

This is the first time I've put something together like this! I struggled a little with putting up the last "wall", but once I got everything aligned it all snapped into place. I also like that they provide you with sand paper because there are some pieces that I had to use it on. But, I will say if you don't have the patience and/or time, you may not enjoy putting this together. There are parts that you do have to paint, and for me, that took the longest since what I had to paint were very thin pieces. Also, prepping the wires for the lights took some time and patience as well as you definitely don't want to mess those up. Once everything was done, though, it turned out super cool!

Very cool experience, I've been struggling with a friend's birthday, gift giving, I found very creative brands, delivery to Australia only takes a week, complete packaging. Handmade is a healing thing.
