Defamation Case by Rogers and Norton of Norwich.
I asked Rogers and Norton Solicitors of Norwich to take on a defamation case for me from the start they didn't tell me all that was involved, they charged me £900 to send a letter the 3rd party and ask her to pay my solicitors fees, a letter the 3rd party did not respond to and no point did the solicitors indicate that to take the case forward it would cost me up to £25,000 plus solicitors fees etc where does a working class person find that kind of money? and as always when you complain they always make out they told you everything and they are in the right, so I had no option to go to the Legal Ombudsman to deal with. Do not use Rogers And Norton as your solicitor they will drain you of money and lie to you, if they had offered me a partial refund I would of been slightly happy.
