Horrible customer service
Had a tough experience with returning pieces post holiday gift shopping, initially was not allowed to retrun items that I did not want/did not fit, but Rodebjer made it right and allowed me to return my pieces. Grateful for the help and appreciate the change of heart by Rodebjer. Thank you!

Thank you for the feedback, and we are very sorry for the experience you’ve had. The holiday season is more hectic than usual, both for us as a brand and our couriers which sometimes can add to the response and delivery time.
Return labels to US are not automatically included in the parcels and is sent via email, but we can see that you have returned the items successfully and they are received at our warehouse.

Problem med leverans - snabb hjälp!
Min leverans (som vanligtvis brukar vara snabb från Rodebjer) hade inte kommit fram på över en vecka. Mailade deras kundtjänst och inom samma dag hade de kontaktat DHL och rett ut problemet! Kunde gå och hämta min nya order redan dagen efteråt :)

Fick en vara UTAN retursedel. Sökt dem i över en vecka på mejl och telefonnummer de angivit som man ej kommer fram på. De har endast 2 veckors retur rätt! Uselt, får noll återkoppling

One of my favorite brand, great experience in store, beautiful products.
Some products can get damaged a little quickly but so far, I could get everything fixed.
Really in love with the brand image as well !

Watch out UK shoppers
Watch out UK shoppers, my order was over priced on the website. It had been advertised at sale prices but was not reduced. Once that was corrected I was double charged at customs and my item had to be returned again due to incorrect pricing. When I eventually got it the fit was really not right so I returned it and was left with the tax bill. Customer services who had previously responded with the hour have now ignored my 3 emails for the better part of a week asking how I get this refund. Do not risk buying from them. I've got a £137 bill liability for a returned item now.

Clothes are beautiful - customer service, not so much.
Clothes are beautiful and classy, but their online orders customer service is seriously lacking. I emailed inquiring about a return and they sent me a one line answer. I had a follow-up question (why I was charged their new policy of a return fee (in 2020??) even though when I placed the order it was still free shipping/free returns). They didn't even bother to reply.
Again, I really love their clothes, but I would suggest that you order through Boozt or another online retailer, Rodebjer.com's customer service is not up to the premier-quality they advertise.

Just Because It's Expensive Doesn't Mean It's Quality
Buyer beware, I have the 5500 sek Neil coat and it is covered in pills. Just because it's expensive it doesn't mean it's quality. Rodebjer has taken zero responsibility for the fact that the coat is not well manufactured.
