What went WRONG is that NOTHING went RIGHT. Contacted by Harry Henderson (Sales Manager) on an attempt to purchase a Jaguar xjr motor. After convincing me he had a motor on the shelf ready too be shipped with 74k miles and if I would purchase it in 6 days. I could get it for $2000.00. This was after he said, he had a motor for $2500.00 with 86k. So ofc I excepted the 74k miles motor for less monies. Should have known something was wrong then. This was Dec 22 2025. Paid in full and was told the motor would be shipped out in 6 days. Also I would receive via email. ALL paperwork regarding mileage, warranty and SHIPPING DATE within 72 hours with tracking. Didn't get ANYTHING even after several request to provide. Meanwhile I kept getting lied to about when the shipment would EVER get out. I was told on 3 different occasions that the motor was shipped, 1 motor was damaged, another 1 had wrong vin# (no match) the initial 1 on the shelf never existed and I was force to wait 2 1/2 months. They finally found/sent a damaged motor with oil deposits ALL over motor with cut harness50+wires and hose's late February after I had already requested a refund because I was repeatedly being lied to about when shipped. And NO, I repeat. NO paperwork indicating ANYTHING that I agreed to purchase. I didn't know how many miles on it. NO warranty certificate. And ALL was said to be affixed to pallet/motor. But wasn't. Remember, I was told ALL wound available after purchase..... Yeah right. When contacted Lucy Margaret (Sales Excecutive) the day that the motor was delivered. Sent photos and spoke with her directly, since at this point Mr HARRY HENDERSON is nowhere to be found after selling me a motor that didn't exist. Then it was DAVID DANIEL telling me there was another motor ready, that didn't exist until he pushed me off to Lucy Margaret. She then said just speak with her. She then AGREED that the motor was indeed damaged and immediately issued a BOL for pick up. And AGREED to a full refund. That was February 24 2026. A PARTIAL refund was given and Lucy Margaret asked me to WAIT until the end of March, so that they could make some money...... Can you believe that ? First it was by March 10th. Then she said by the end of the month. Well...
Since THEN it is now APRIL 6 2026 and ALL persons I've spoken too have either blocked my number. Don't return emails, text or phone calls. Just ignoring the customer. For reference. They are HOLDING $900.00 of my money without an invoice, spread sheet or ANY type of breakdown as to WHY they have NOT refunded outstanding balance. It's been 4 months dealing with this Co. And I have NO MOTOR and FIGHTING to retrieve my deserved refund. I don't generally right reviews if EVER in fact. But I felt compelled to forward information to WARN others of possible SCAM ARTISTS that still exist. You don't just TAKE monies from people for no reason especially after NOT providing of fulfilling your obligations on a fair sale. I'm just a 65 yr old just trying to get my 2006 vehicle back on the rode. And this is how I was treated. So BE AWARE OF ROCK AUTO CARE. I see now I'm NOT the only customer to experience such DISSATISFACTION as previous reviews suggest. Trust and believe
