Most pathetic and horrendous experience. It's been over a month since I placed the order. No idea where the clothes are. Customer service sucks. This coming is all pathetic.

OK, but not recommandable
Negative:
- delivery does not match order (ordered two bras, two tops and a legging, received one bra, three tops and a legging)
- materials are cheap (thin, still smells like plastic after laundry)
- delivery time was too long (last piece arrived 2 months after ordering).
- price and quality does not match
Positive:
- they keep you updated about the delivery status even if it took too long
- website is easy to navigate
Overall its ok, but I will not buy here anymore. I rather pay more and get good quality and correct deliveries. For the wrongly delievered piece I won't ask for an exchange, because I'm not really willing to deal with a customer service that is obviously unable to cope (according to most reviews) nor am I willing to wait any longer.
What I thought was quite interesting was that i received the first two pieces within two weeks of the delivery. When I did not hear anything anymore I went and checked the ordering status and decided to wait some more. The next day I received a message that the last pieces will be shipped. It might be a coincidence, but my thought was, that they shipped only because they realized I was checking my order....

The cloths are very nice, but doesn't correspond to.the size. I had to wait very long. I would not buy again cause it takes forever to receive the cloths.

Does not ship to armed forces. There are1000s of people in the armed forces who could be potential customers. Amazon , and many other online sites deliver to armed forces . It is not costly. Everything delivered to armed forces get mailed through USPS . So there is no extra charge

I havent received my product and it’s already been more than 11 weeks since ordering. They refuse to refund me and keep going around in circles. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with and funny enough scrolling through their page on Facebook you dont come accross ONE compliment or happy customer!

Still Waiting- Terrible service - No communication
I ordered items on the 12th of August, Received 1 top 2 weeks later and it was too small. Knew the other top I ordered would be the same so waited to receive it to return them both at the same time. Now another 3 weeks on I'm still waiting for the other 2 items. Had no response to the emails I have sent.
Items looked lovely but won't be buying from this company again.
