The Google Merchant Center framework was delivered as promised, and they showed me things about my website I was unaware of. Communication has been positive considering we are located in opposite time zones. My experience has been positive because I received the GMC framework, and they have ,worked with me on it to make sure I understand how it works.

Another customer had the exact experience as I am going through right now. That Excel for Google Merchant center doesn't really work and secondly he do not really reply, only a generic / same answer email every time you write him/them.

That refund guarantee is a lie it seems.

So what you'll have to do if you experience the same:

Take a screenshot of his refund guarantee with the website URL visible. Contact your bank to make a dispute/chargeback if you paid with card, provide the screenshot and his email reply.

Then you get your funds back and he is fined with a 25-45usd chargeback fee and you get your funds back. I will do that know as I see I experience the same as Marth mentioned here on TrustPilot.

Robin is out here doing a big thing in the Ecom world 💯🎉 making Google Merchant Centers APPROVED by fixing the Google Merchant Center Misrepresentation Issue. My Buissness is a "big" business as I have mutable brands on my website, as well as 150+ products. I was worried that was going to be a be a problem since I don't sell only 20-30 products like a jewelry or clothing business. Robin and his team proved me wrong and got my GMC approved in a timely manner. The only "problem" was communication in that I was in the USA while they were on the other side of the world, this means that while I'm sleeping they are awake, & while I'm awake they are sleeping. Considering they are experts at what they do, and fulfilled their part of the contract in a timely manner getting my GMC approved can you really complain ? Absolutely not. 10/10!!

Robin has a contract in order to protect both parties during this partnership to fix the Google Merchant Center Misrepresentation issue. He is very professional & very friendly. Although, I will say, I didn't enjoy and believed it to be inconsiderate that when I told them my desired Shipping time, Robin & his team didn't apply that.
