Wrong one ordered, AI service said what box to purchase. They were WRONG!!! I need model DF03L NOT DF05L. No reply from them, all I want to do is exchange for the proper display box. Highly disappointed in them. Where is the customer service???

Hi there, thanks for reaching out, and I am sorry the display case you received was not the right one for your model. I can understand how frustrating it is to be given the wrong size and then not hear back, and that is not the support experience we want you to have. Please email service@robotime.com with your order details and the model you need, DF03L, and our team will get back to you to help sort this out.

A careful cleaning of the panels resulted in a flawless case in which I was able enclose the carousel I built for my sister that was collecting dust.
