The worst company ever. I ordered a watch and changed my mind about it a few minutes later. So I texted the “live chat-we reply immediately” which ofc never texted me back and I emailed them asking for a cancel and refund. I didn’t get an answer for 8 days! They replied with an email saying my order is now already shipped and they can’t do anything about it. So now I need to wait for the order to arrive and then PAY the shipping company to send it back to them and then they’ll decide if I’ll get a refund. It’s ridiculous.
DONT BUY FROM IT!!!

Buen reloj. El mecanismo funciona tal como lo anuncian. El diseño es muy bonito. Sumergido en lagos y ríos. El reloj sigue igual como llego. La única pega... el tiempo de envío, pero se puede entender dada la situación ('pandemia'). By the way, gracias Nathalie!

Not the best experience
I ordered a watch and it took over 2 months for delivery and yet never arrived so i asked for a refund
Not gonna lie customer service were friendly but i just couldnt handle waiting any longer
