Excellent to deal with. Customer service team was very helpful and friendly with a query I had on the free garage from Segway. Competitively priced on items and their website is excellent.

I ordered a quad and got amazing…

I ordered a quad and got amazing service along with a top quality product. I even got personalised instruction videos to help me hit the ground running. Couldn’t recommend them more.

The best online purchasing experience

Bought a Hendon garden ladder from Robert kee. Went to visit the shop in Donegal to find out more about the ladder prior to purchase. Instore customer care was second to none. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Time was given to answering questions and viewing the different range of ladders which really helped with making my decision to buy a ladder.
I ordered the ladder online and it was delivered very quickly.
I had reason to deal with the online customer care office after purchase and was more than happy with how my questions were dealt with by email and phone, especially as I was the person who hadn't ensured that I had checked all items delivered were checked.
This was without doubt the best experience I have ever had purchasing online. Robert Kee sell great products and their customer care is excellent. Well done and thank you.

STAY AWAY

If you are looking to trade in any of your items go to their competitors as the letterkenny store just take advantage of their customers. Last time I will ever cross the door of that place. There is plenty of other machinery and quad sellers in letterkenny, give your hard earned cash to them rather than this joke of a place.
