Exactly as ordered, parcelled up correctly and delivered timely.

Previously ordered two drives over xmas and received within 9 days even with xmas 2 day extension. Ordered three more and arrived within 7 days, as new, with zero drive-on hours. Look forward to a MTBF of 285 YEARS!
Was able to register all five drives on Seagate site.

Ordered on the 26th Feb, had noted stock was coming from China, as no stock in UK. Received tracking info the following day (Royal Mail), this basically said sender has despatched item. This didn't update any more until the 4th of March and item was delivered on the 5th. In a box with very think foam padding all around, sealed in a bag. Drive is new - no marks and shows as zero hours using Seagate tools. So if you was looking at the site thinking it looked fake or the prices are too cheap so much be a con. (I did wonder myself). I'm very pleased with my purchase and will be buying from them again.

I give three stars because the hard drive was under warranty as it was listed and it was also well packaged and delivered surprisingly quick. Just think it would have made more sense to check it actually worked in the first place. I got it for a good price as well which is another positive.

Time will tell if Seagate can actually help me with the hard drive as I'm still waiting to hear word back from them after sending it back to them.

Great prices and service. Seagate Ironwolf drives at a substantial discount compared to other retailers. Shipped from Singapore so took 10 days but was made clear when ordering so very fair.

Great service. Would highly recommend Robert Computer Hardware. Great price for the IronWolf drive (best I have seen anywhere, probably 30% lower than other retailers) only downside was it took ~10 days to arrive but to be fair I knew that was going to be the case when I placed my order so no complaints.

Good price and delivery. Only issue when checking Seagate warranty is that it only shows for approximately 3 years not the 5 the HD should have. RCH Ltd say they give a 5 year warranty. Only time will tell if either are worthwhile.

Like many people who have reviewed this company I was, at first, pretty skeptical about the quality of the drives given the very cheap prices offered. I needed large drives for a new NAS and the cost in the UK was very steep. Reading several reviews I decided to take a chance and just hope it all worked out. All I can say after receiving the drives that I'm very glad I did. The drives arrived very quickly - less than two weeks. They seemed pretty well packaged. They are in sealed anti static bags and each drive was packed in a firm foam block and the two drives were inside a perfectly sized box. There was no damage to the box and it was neatly sealed. I got updates from the company on dispatch and then when Royal Mail got the package in the UK. When the drives arrived the clearly appeared to be brand new and checking the drives with Sea Tools revealed 0 hours of run time. As I was ordering NAS drives and not enterprise drives, so I tried to register the drives with Seagate. Both registered just fine and the guarantee time seemed exactly as I expected. The drives seem to be functioning perfectly since they were installed. So if you are on the fence about buying these and are in the UK, all I can say is, give it a try. For me, it worked out perfectly and saved me several hundred pounds - which can't be bad!
