This man owes me money for non delivery. He said my order had been damaged at the delivery depot. I spoke to him on the phone and sent a copy of notification of delivery which he asked me for. From then he ignored me. He owes me approximately £13.

Great concept, acceptable food of variable quality, mainly as I can't and don't cook.
However, reading the reviews, something seems to have gone seriously wrong with this company in the last 18 months or so.
My first order in December 2025, intended as my Christmas Dinner, was very good and no issues with delivery.
My second order for Easter didn't arrive due to courier delivery issues on a Bank Holiday. I was contacted by an apologetic Roastman Pat who promised delivery the following week and he would add extras as compensation.
The delivery arrived some 2 weeks later without the promised extras.
Ordered for the 3rd time in May 2026 for delivery on June 5th 2026. In the absence of order updates and no delivery on 5th June, I contacted Roastman Pat who said the website and delivery service has been suspended until September 2026 and he was unaware of my order and unable to check anything as the website had been taken down!
Cutting a long story short, to date no refund has been received and will clearly not be received as no further updates are forthcoming and my messages are being ignored.
I have started the process of reporting this company for fraud and safe to say I will never order from them again.

Trustpilot is an important platform for a small business, as feedback, particularly negative feedback, is a prompt for a company to address issues, strengthen its modus operandi, and successfully grow.

Is it, therefore, a surprise that over the last 12 months, Roastman Pat has not replied to a single negative review. And I regret to say that the company has also not replied to my emails either.

I have ordered two meals so far. The first, Roast Beef, was okay, but not great. Nevertheless, I decided to give them a second chance, but regrettably, it was a disaster. The vegetables were old and tasteless, the potatoes were squashed, the Beef Wellington was all pastry and filling, with very little meat, and there were no specific heating instructions included.

As someone who has run several businesses and now mentors business owners, it appears that Roastman Pat is overstretched, struggling to deliver the quality described on their website, and unable to offer any customer service.

Roastman Pat is a great idea and should be able to dominate the market, but it will fail to do so until it invests in processes that deliver great food and great customer service.

I get a roastman pat at least once a month, and will always come back for more! The meat is so succulent and juicy, potatoes seasoned to perfection, the gravy is unbelievable and the cauliflower cheese is to die for! Better than restaurants and certainly better than anything I could make. (And I pride myself on my roast potatoes)
I always get a couple of sides and live of it for a good 3/4 days the portion sizes are huge for the money.
My oven doesn't work so that review is just after microwaving it, can imagine it's even better out the oven.

Roastman pat has had a few issues with couriers, and this has unfortunately led to late deliveries on a couple of occasions, but pat has always happy to make it up with a free side or dessert. If there's ever anything wrong, pat genuinely wants to make it right. If I need it for a specific occasion, I make sure to place my order for a couple of days in advance (they last in the fridge for a week! Not that I can resist them that long 😋)

Considering he's gone from a local deliveroo one man mission, to now supplying people roasts country wide by himself, he's doing a cracking job sorting through the teething issues of expansion.

The food was delicious, arrived the perfect temperature to eat straight away, and it was the perfect portion sizes for a lovely roast dinner made easy. Would recommend too anyone looking to have a quick easy amazing quality roast dinner!

Excellent roast dinner. We had the lamb and beef, they were great cuts of meat and were perfectly cooked, even after reheating. Massive portions so very good value for money.
Better than any roast you’ll get in a pub. Will definitely be getting it again.

I can highly recommend Roastman Pat, my family had our second delicious meal yesterday. We ordered the beef and the lamb and both were just lovely. So easy to heat up and serve, and they last up to 5 days in the fridge if you don’t want to eat straight away. My two adult children don’t eat loads so we have enough to make a pie for Monday.

The customer service is amazing so if anything needs altering they work hard to resolve it. We will be ordering again, especially for weekends where we are busy and just want a faff free Sunday - you’re doing a fabulous job Roastman Pat, thank you!

I ordered a roast dinner for delivery and honestly couldn’t be more impressed. The food itself was outstanding — a proper, hearty roast that tasted like it had been cooked with real care and attention. Absolutely delicious from start to finish.
What really stood out though was the customer service. The delivery was seamless, and the driver went above and beyond to make sure the order reached me without any issues. That kind of effort doesn’t go unnoticed.
If you’re craving a quality roast dinner without leaving the house, look no further. This place has absolutely nailed it. Highly recommend!

Amazing roast dinner (we went for the lamb option) very generous portion sizes and at a reasonable price, would highly recommend and order again.

After the Xmas delivery mishap I am now able to say to all those who gave bias comments that ROASTMAN PAT HAS A NO 1 FAN RIGHT HERE. Being disabled and living alone doesn't make buying, preparing or cooking a roast dinner worth it! But, I stumbled across a solution - Roastman Pat!
Wow what a treat, delivered to your door on a date of your choosing, already prepared and pre cooked for you. All you have to do is answer the front door, open the sealed bags, pop the meat, veg, roasties and Yorkshire pud into the oven for 10 - 15 mins, heat the gravy and Bob's ya Uncle - a plentiful, delicious, tasty, luscious & mouth watering roast dinner!
If I had to come up with a negative, the only gripe I would have, was that the carrots were a little too hard for my personal preference but that's because I'm old school, and not a fan of the more modern'al dente' style of cooking - easily fixed though by cooking them for a bit longer or pre whizzing them round in the microwave for a few mins!
Looking forward to my next delivery and making this my monthly treat!

I make a roast dinner weekly but had a busy schedule this week. We was going to order a take away but I came across Roastman Pat online and decided to order in advance ready for the weekend - I am a routine kind of bloke. The only word I can use to describe this service is WOW. The food was outstanding. It pains me to say, it bested my own that I have been trying to perfect for years lol great communication and we received the food in the time promised. I will 100% be using this caterer again. Thanks for a superb meal

Order came on-time and well packaged, had the lamb roast on Sunday and the lamb was lush along with the roasties and the giant Yorkshire pudding which were absolutely delicious and the gravy was spot on, only negative was the carrots and the parsnips cooking time wasn't sufficient but you live and learn and I'll double their cooking time next order, and I will be ordering again and I shall be sampling the roast beef next. All in all great service and tasty food.
