Roam is a real food first nutrition brand that started because we were sick of all the fake "health foods" that were on offer when we needed a high protein snack on-the-go. We make high-protein, natural snacks with nothing artificial added to our bars & bites. The perfect protein snack
I ordered the ROAM chilli flavour. As a South African, Biltong (dried meat) is a staple. It reminded me of the chilli biltong I at growing up. Super delicious, clean ingredients and packed with protein. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean protein bar option. Lastly, the branding and packaging is just awesome, well done to the team at ROAM!

Thanks for the feedback. We think they are great value too when you consider the whole food approach we have taken and compare our bars to others on the market who are packed full of synthetic options which we all know are cheaper.
A great idea
No complaints - the bars are exactly what they say they are - beef with salt and pepper to season.
They are an acquired taste however - like I said it’s a bar of beef, that by dint of some kind of wizardry does not need refrigeration.
A good idea.
Edit: this does not mean I didn’t like them. They are very good though unlike anything else on the market of a similar dried meat type ie biltong or jerky which is one of their strengths, being extremely convenient pre or post workout or used like I did as a part of a natural breakfast. An excellent idea perfectly executed.

Thanks for the feedback, We aren't wizards though, just using traditional techniques and all natural ingredients like our grandma had in her cupboard at home to make awesome bars.
Most people really enjoy the products, and find them to be incredibly valuable due to their nutritional profile, versatility and convenience. However, we totally understand that they are an acquired taste, unlike other meat products our products contain zero artificial flavours, additives or preservatives. They are incredibly natural, which means that taste/texture can be different from the typical products we see in this category which are laden with extra salt and low quality fats. We are continuing to improve our recipes and process, as part of our mission to make real food more accessible. So watch out for new flavours and bars coming in 23/24.
We would be more than happy to share a discount code with you so that you can try another flavour, if you want to give us another shot.

Probably the best on the market currently
I recently tried the Roam bars and I love them! The ingredients used ( cranberries, almonds, apricots, hazelnut) give the grass-fed beef a really nice flavour, and I appreciate that they are made with natural ingredients. I tend to use them as a snack during my hikes and cycle tours. They're a really convenient way to get some extra protein in my diet, and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Give Roam a try...
My PT recommended Roam as I find many of the protein bars are too sweet and taste unnatural. I wasn't sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. Good taste, a variety of flavours (chilli is my fave) and quick, efficient service. Interested to see what the team does next (new flavours or associated products?) Great job.

Finally. A protein snack that is good for you.
A fantastic product. Really helps me to hit my macros and get an extra bit of protein in that isn’t artificial strawberry flavoured with “soy crispies”. Nice to have some actual food that my grandma would recognise. Great for on the go. I have them with a packed lunch at work every day. Perfect snack if you want lean protein. Can’t believe it’s taken the market this long, but the ROAM boys have done it.

Finally a genuine protein bar that isn't full of rubbish. The only protein bar I will eat, as well as give my family to eat. Definitely recommend all flavours of the bars, along with other ROAM products. Thanks guys.
