Ray has just helped to do our remortgage at the end of our initial term and the process was extremely smooth. We had already used Ray when taking out the mortgage in the first place so we knew that the service was going to be great - and it was.

Ray patiently talked through our options to clarify things and helped us to decide which deal was right for us.
