RJ Automotive & RJ Technologies Ltd Recenzje

Easy coding to get my ILS+ working. Easy to schedule and good communication

Recoding from half a world away inclusive of postage of OBDII Dongle was exceptionally prompt seamless faultless and effective.

the whole service given by Rj was smooth with a very professional approach

Super easy from start to finish. I bought a package that included software and the OBD dongle. Hardware arrived international mail in just a few days. Once arrived I made an appointment on their site, just a day or two later. They were very accommodating when I mistakenly booked an appointment during a busy time due to my own problems with converting the time zones. They were very responsive in the time leading up to the appointment time answering questions, as I was a little nervous I may not be prepared with the correct software or Internet connection for the dongle. Once I plugged in the OBD dongle to my laptop and gave them access on AnyDesk, I simply sat and waited. 20 to 30 minutes later I got a message on Whatsapp telling me it was safe to disconnect the dongle from the vehicle. He helped show me where the new digital light options were in my MBux settings. All the new settings were there verifying the update was successful! I could not be happier and can't wait for the sun to set so I can try out the new features. 5 star service all around, what more could I expect or ask for? I can think of nothing. If you want all the hardware on your Mercedes activated and live in a country that hasn't approved these cutting edge systems for use yet, talk to these guys. Chances are really good they will be able to help, at a great price.

Delivered the service as advertised. Dependable and on-time.

Great experience! Quick, easy, and professional. Couldn’t recommend more.

Delivered on the coding. Very clear communication. Prompt and courteous.

Great service!Great knowledge! Highly recommend!

RJ is the pro, the only pro in the coding business right now. I tried working with others and it’s always a question if things will get done and if folks would stand behind their work (in terms of recoding and support). With RJ Automotive, I know that they will support me for the work the did.

I am extremely satisfied with RJ Automotive & RJ Technologies Ltd. The service was fast, professional, and efficient. Everything was handled smoothly, and I truly appreciate the high level of expertise and customer care. Highly recommended!

I had my U.S. based 2025 E450 AT Wagon (X214) coded today to activate ILS+ — intelligent high beam assist. RJ Automotive was exactly on time for my appointment and explained everything that was happening with the coding as it happened. The entire process took about 20 minutes. They activated 2 of my previous cars as well, a W213 sedan and an S213 Wagon. They are very easy to work with and I highly recommend RJ Automotive.

These guys are amazing. In and out in about 20 minutes to activate digital lights on my ‘24 E350. It still amazes me how someone all the way in London can make that happen here in the US. You can’t go wrong with RJ.

I can’t thank RJ Automotive enough for fixing an issue with the instrument cluster on my 2018 Mercedes A Class. The screen died abruptly, and Mercedes were asking £280 just for a diagnostic, but they had no idea what the problem could be. I took it to a specialist Mercedes garage, but they couldn’t diagnose it either because they didn’t have the right cable.

I found RJ Automotive on Google and they were able to quickly diagnose the issue by sending me a remote diagnostic tool. They found that the CPU on the instrument cluster module had gone and sourced a new one, which they then sent out and coded to my car. After months of being off the road, they were able to get me back up and running.

The customer service at RJ Automotive was amazing and patient. I would highly recommend them to any Mercedes owners with electrical faults.

Quick and easy coding process; accommodating. Will use again in the future!

Promptly answered questions and was on time for coding session. Kept me informed through process which only took about 20 minutes. ILS+ now enabled in US and could not be happier. Thanks!!

Great prompt service, customer care could be better as very little detail of product given with few instructions of how to operate or the limitations.

I’ve now had coding carried out on two vehicles by RJA and would highly recommend them.

I found them to be extremely knowledgable and able to answer all my questions and resolve all issues that cropped up.

I had my full Digital Light Activation with Projection Function and ILS+ coded, along with the Raise Vehicle Height function, and I couldn’t be happier! RJ was incredibly quick, professional, and knowledgeable. The entire process was smooth and efficient. Everything worked perfectly on the first try.

The new features completely transform the driving experience, and I absolutely love them! I highly recommend RJ Automotive to everyone looking for reliable and expert vehicle coding. Brilliant work; Thank you again!
