My order was delayed. Instead of coming to Winnipeg it was sent to Mississauga. Once I informed Riversol of the problem it was rectified immediately. Also I ordered when free serum was a bonus if 3 products were ordered. I ordered my 3 products but did not receive the free serum because I had ordered the products separately. Obviously disappointed and frustrated that the parameters were confusing. I am finding the daily moisturizer and the moisture concentrate not moisturizing enough. Had been to a dermatologist and she said my skin was dry. I ordered the calming mask and am using it as a night mask and am finding some success. Would be open to other suggestions.

The Riversol products are excellent. My skin is smoother and softer. I am 71 years old and would recommend them to anyone. The only reason I gave them 4 stars rather than 5 stars is due to the delivery service they use. It took 14 days to deliver the products from Vancouver to Winnipeg.

I was grateful to receive the special offer that arrived in my inbox. I clicked on it and ordered but the free special offer was not included so I emailed to ask why. The reason was due to the fact that I ordered after 24 hrs had passed so the special free gifts were not included. I asked Reversal to please send them, to honour the offer I assumed I was given and they did send it to me. The offer included hand and body cream. I love the hand cream but the body cream has a smell I don't like. I think it's scent free but it does have a slightly salty smell so I probably won't order it again. But I love my Reversal facial skin care system and have been using it for many years now.

I love the Riversol products. They are very effective and don't irritate my sensitive skin. Ive used them for a long time. I love that they are made in Canada as well.

Using the Anti-Redness Products. Don’t see a lot of difference in lessening the flushing of my Cheeks, BUT, my Skin has never looked better! At 78(!) my Skin is Virtually Wrinkle Free! So I am Happy with the Products I am using for the last 2+ Years😊

I used the Riversol sample kit and I found it the Serum and the moisturizer are very effective on my skin. There is a noticeable fading on my under eye discoloration since I started to use this product. My skin is very sensitive and a combination of dry and oily.I am afraid to use new products always but, the Riversol moisturizer gave me a smooth texture to my face.
