Friendly, personable staff; quality product; really pleased with my shutters

From the initial measuring and quotation the company behaved in an extremely professional. All of our questions were answered. Lead times were given for the shutters to be manufactured, delivered and fitted. Everything occured within the given times given.
The fitting itself was excellent. The fitter was respectful of our property. He removed his footwear even though he was not asked to. After each shutter was fitted he tidied the area up including hoovering with his own hoover. Upon completion of the fitting, he took us both around all of the shutters to show us that they worked perfectly.
To summarise, a professional company that I would have no hesitation in recommending.

My shutters are absolutely fantastic!!!…fitted perfectly and also the blackouts on the bedroom shutter are just perfect for a brilliant nights sleep with no light coming in. Thanks Mike and Russ you done a perfect job. 100% recommend Riverside Shutters!!!👍🏻

Great quality awnings installed by professional and helpful team

I have just had shutters installed by Riverside and the service I received was excellent. They look amazing.
Matt did a superb job in fitting them, was very professional and extremely tidy.
My initial contact was with Russell the Operations Manager who kept me informed throughout, was available for any questions I had and was a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent service and excellent quality

Compared the prices and lead times with three shutters suppliers. Riverside Shutters is the one who offered the best price and shortest lead time for us.

They supplied and fitted local PVC shutters for all 5 windows in 4 weeks since we place the order, so we crucial for us to get rid of the Sunlight before summer.

Riverside’s PVC shutters are even cheaper than other suppliers’ China made wooden shutters which need 9 weeks for delivery.

Their Operation Manager, Russell Warren, always gives super fast response and recommendations optimum to my conditions.

And their fitter, Matt, is very professional and fitted the shutters perfectly!!

Now we have excellent quality and beautiful PVC shutters for our windows. My family love them so much as they are extremely durable and easy to maintain.

I would recommend this company and would use them again. They have recently fitted an awning to the back of our house and shutters to one of the windows. From our initial query to installation, they have been pleasant and efficient so all has gone smoothly. We appreciated regular updates on the progress of this order and prompt responses on occasions.

Had shutters to bay window fitted and very pleased with the result. From initial contact and visit to the shop all the team were great to deal with, and delivery and install happened according to plan. Really makes the room look snug!

We have had a good experience with these guys. The only slip up is that we weren’t made aware of certain features of a blind we wanted. Now it’s installed it’s looks like I have a washing line in the sky light. Gutted as they did such a good job of the shutters.

We bought shutters to fit 3 windows (2 of which were bay windows); 2 of which had odd measurements due to the age of the property. Mike was amazing helping us understand our options, and Matt has fitted the shutters wonderfully. We are over the moon with them and would without a doubt recommend Riverside shutters to anybody considering shutters.
