Total scammers pretend to be a UK based firm but are Chinese
Goods are unworthy of 1 star and there refund policy is 3% and keep the piece of plastic that doesn't work
Please Please Please avoid at all costs these site should be shut down

Total rubbish wish I had read these reviews before I have been scammed with a crap product.
As everyone else says you think you are dealing with a uk company.
Not at all they are from Hong Kong China.
The soundbar is a nasty bs 10 cheap as chips and totally useless.
This is a absolute con do not buy.
If you want to return said item they want shipping cost from sending out and returning approx £35 both ways plus 15 per cent handling charge.
Also if on return they say it is damaged you will get nothing.
TOTAL CON DO NOT BUY.

Much like every one else , I too have been duped and sold a BS-10 soundbar that can be purchased from Ebay for £33 or Ali Express for £28 , under the guise of Rivelia for a price I paid of £159 after reading a review that now in hindsight looks like it was written by the same people and is sponsored in google reviews to be elevated to the top of serach as the format and font is the same as the website. This is total rubbish , sound quality is awful, cheap and nasty with limited instructions and features. I will be trying to recoup my losses but hope others read these reviews before they succomb to the same.

I’ve ordered a rivelia soundbar I was duped a Chinese substitute arrived.

I will add my negative feedback to others. It took about four weeks to receive this Chinese product ftom the UK seller. It took some time to set it up due to vague instructions. It is clumsy and resets every time it is turned off, must be set up again. Every few seconds I get notification the battery is "pre-charged" and I cannot find any way to turn off the notifications. I will write off the cost of the purchase as a learning experience based on the refund feedback others have reported. This is going into the trash without further waste of my time. Quality of the product is fair, but it is unusable.

I received an inexpensive no-name sound bar from China. I was linked to the scam website by a website purporting to rate products fairly.

Purchased soundbar from this company on the 10th Dec its now 22nd still waiting,but just read someone else been ripped off by this company,I thought I been ripped off too as nothing plus their email not very good,and it's not a UK business as I thought its from China,so not sure if i get item at all or ripped off,or get sent a basic soundbar. Either way avoid this company at all costs.i spent £159 .

I would give this 0. BUYER BEWARE! Ordered a soundbar from what I thought was a UK website, however the product which is a soundbar was coming from China. The reviews for soundbar read well. I purchased and the price was E189 and it was only after purchasing that I realised it was not being shipped from a UK website. The soundbar took two weeks to arrive, I did question the length of delivery by email and received a response within a day and a very basic tracking system. The soundbar arrived and not the quality I thought it would be and it is unbranded the name on the box is BS-10. What I ordered was
Rivelia Wireless Soundbar for Smart TV. I researched BS-10 soundbar and I see that you could buy for E22 on different selling platforms. I contacted the email address on the website I purchased from seeking a refund and to return the product as not only was I overcharged but the quality is not great either. I have been ghosted by the company since. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Just to update. I did hear back from this company - they offered first a 3% discount then 10% discount and finally 15% discount and hold onto the item.

If I still wish to return the product they charge 15% handling fee on top of my shipping costs to return. If the item gets damaged in transit no refund. The address this soundbar is shipped from is
