I contacted support within 30 mins to cancel an order. It took over 6 hours for them to respond, they said it was already processed so too late to cancel. 18hours later, shipping info was provided so order could easily have been cancelled. They rely on the cost of returning the goods being too high for you to bother. Meanwhile, you are automatically signed up for a monthly subscription. Good luck getting your money back. This company is as dodgy as so give it a wide berth. My research shows the product is cheap Chinese junk. I will persue my refund through my bank.
Update
I note the product has been shipped from Hong Kong. When I receive a refund in full, not requiring me to pay exorbitant return postage, I will update this post accordingly and/or remove the complaint. Thank you

Do Not Buy this!!! The website gave an impression they’re shipping from US or Europe but they’re based in China. The shipment took 3 weeks to arrive. This company is a scam because the manufacturing date on the happy liver bottle is for June 6 2026 and the date today is May 29 2026!! there is no space here to add the picture I took of the bottle or I would have attached it. There is no guarantee this product contains what it shows on the label. The company seems like a scam. I’ve been emailing the customer support to return the bottles before they even came and there is no response.

Scam alert for marketing tactics
I don't know if the product works or not but their sales tactics are scammy (new word). I placed an order for a 5-month supply because it seemed cost-effective and they had a 60-day money back return policy. 3 weeks later, I was notified they were shipping an additional 5-month supply. I contacted them immediately and said I didn't want it but they said they'd already shipped it.
I did sign up for a subscription but that should have renewed after 4 and a half months - NOT 3 WEEKS.
UPDATE: Please explain what you mean by 'the order has been taken care of". Are you refunding me for it or sending a return shipment label?
I had already cancelled the subscription myself and I am still out $250 for a 10-month supply of a product I don't even know if it works. Trustpilot does not allow users to reply with their email addresses.
UPDATE: Crickets. Beware. They said the right things but did nothing. Now I wonder if the product even contains what they say. I would love to see a lab analyze what's in those pills. I would gladly supply them.

Never sent me the product that I paid for. Phone number is disconnected. They rarely answer and email and if they do, it’s a generic response with no resolution. Ordered $99 Happy Liver " Buy 2 get 2 Free" and they processed my order for the $199.95 "Buy 4 get 4 free" option. Immed canceled order and received response from company that they understand my desire to cancel but went ahead and charged my Visa card nonetheless. I filed dispute with Visa and filed complaint with my state Consumer Protection Division. Scammers in my opinion!

After I got the product I looked at the ingredients on the label and it was was different than what they advertised on the website. This is false advertising!!! 2 stars only because I did get a full refund. But only after learning this product ships from CHINA!! Beware. Miami address is a front, this product is not made in the USA. It took several emails and correspondence but once I discovered it had to go through customs, I refused the package and returned it to sender. That’s the only way to get a refund without paying return shipping. Do not open the package if you’ve already ordered. Save yourself the trouble and find a different AMERICAN supplier.

Easy to order
Easy to order. However, RL says their happy liver has “clean ingredients” and leads you to believe it’s sourced with natural ingredients and yet, they left out a few on their website. I was shocked when my supplements arrived and I read “carrageenan”, which has been known to cause cancer in lab rats, and maltodextrin, which gives me migraines and possibly other people and it’s made from corn; we all know that corn has glyphosate on it and happy liver says nothing about it being organic so that tells me something about that ingredient. Also, the label reads artificial coloring. So while some of these ingredients absolutely help your liver. This is not the cleanest brand that one could find. I will be looking for a new brand.
